Nick's Self Storage and Office Space is a very nice and clean facility. The staff is friendly, professional, and courteous, working hard to ensure satisfaction. The climate-controlled units are well-kept, maintaining a steady temperature. Access via keypad is reliable. While most experiences are positive, with issues promptly resolved, there have been isolated reports of communication and billing concerns regarding price changes. Many customers would rent again, noting it as an excellent place for storage and Uhaul rentals.
Name misleading. There isn't a nivjbthete nor is it owned by a man based nick. Maybe I misunderstood. But castle storage is owned & operated by a man named nick. A good Christian honest caring gentleman. Ive been with his facility 10 yrs now. Utsvon Sweetwater Road.

Rented a 10x20 climate controlled unit for a year. Very nice facility, keypad to building never failed, temp was close to 70F all year, VERY clean and nice. Vince runs a tight ship and never had a problem that he did not immediately resolve.
Would rent again.

Excellent place to rent a Uhaul. 24/7 use went OK. Got caught up on the electronic part of using 24/7, but called the help number. When I finally got through, I was kindly assisted, and given the time I lost for rental added on, all worked out great.
