“Have been going to this pharmacy now for 6 yrs & have never had a problem. Whether we use the drive-through or go inside, the staff are always friendly & efficient. They notify us of any potential complications with our meds, & make sure our questions are answered. We also get our annual flu vaccines here & the techs are wonderful The wait time is occasionally a bit excessive a but excessive, but that happens everywhere.”

“Need quick photos, such as passports or 4x6. This is the closest Walgreens in the North Augusta area that does photos. I highly recommend this location, the cashier were friendly, and I quickly received my photos within the hour. My only grip is the location on the corner, which makes exiting very difficult if you had to turn left to cross over the bridge and head back into downtown Augusta.”

“I have been meaning to transfer my medicine to Parks for years and I haven’t. Today I finally called them to get it done. I should’ve gotten the name of the lady but I do know she was the Pharmacist and she was extremely helpful, answered all of my questions and for lack of better words, she just acted like she cared about what I was asking. I try to support small businesses and I regret not making this switch sooner.”

“Yesterday I came back from a 9 day honeymoon and thought I had 2 week supply of one of my asthma medications but I was wrong. I had trouble getting it overnighted by express scripts so I called this Walgreens and spoke to Katie. She was able to transfer my script and told me she would call me either way…if there is a problem or when it is ready. I’m used to disorganized pharmacies so I was shocked when she called me back so soon to tell me it was ready. Today I went to pick it up but got there after closing forgetting they close early on the weekend. I gestured over the window that I needed inhaler for my lungs and they actually helped me. Today it was a man that helped me. They are incredible over here. Thank you for helping me get my breathing treatment so I don’t die. They went above and beyond! Bless you guys!”

“I think employees should be aloud to treat customers the way they are being treated. I witnessed a customer being totally rude to a nice lady working the deli. The customer was “in a hurry” actually started to cut line in front of me & I made sure that didn’t happen. She talked down so rudely to the employee. I doubled back to let the employee know not to take that personally because some people just suck & clearly she was one of them. I told her had I been her dealing with that rude of a person I might likely thrown her baloney at her. It’s the rudest I’ve seen someone be in that setting. Then as I shopped further it looked as if the same customer was repeating the process in the bakery department. I’m giving 5stars for the pleasant workers who shouldn’t have to be treated like that.”
