I should’ve gotten the name of the lady but I do know she was the Pharmacist and she was extremely helpful, answered all of my questions and for lack of better words, she just acted like she cared about what I was asking. It's not even the closest Kroger to my location but I go out of my way to go there because the staff is so nice. Especially the Pharmacy. Marcus and Asia in particular are some of the nicest friendliest people, even when they're super busy. The pharmacy has quite high traffic, and I appreciate the patience everybody there has for that kind of high paced environment. “After my first visit here, this will be the only pharmacy I'll go to in the Augusta area. The pharmacist and assistants are so welcoming, accommodating, and easy to talk to. I've never had to wait more than 10 min to pick up my prescription after dropping it off. Its hard to believe that this is part of a chain!”

“Yesterday I came back from a 9 day honeymoon and thought I had 2 week supply of one of my asthma medications but I was wrong. I had trouble getting it overnighted by express scripts so I called this Walgreens and spoke to Katie. She was able to transfer my script and told me she would call me either way…if there is a problem or when it is ready. I’m used to disorganized pharmacies so I was shocked when she called me back so soon to tell me it was ready. Today I went to pick it up but got there after closing forgetting they close early on the weekend. I gestured over the window that I needed inhaler for my lungs and they actually helped me. Today it was a man that helped me. They are incredible over here. Thank you for helping me get my breathing treatment so I don’t die. They went above and beyond! Bless you guys!”

I highly recommend this location, the cashier were friendly, and I quickly received my photos within the hour. My only grip is the location on the corner, which makes exiting very difficult if you had to turn left to cross over the bridge and head back into downtown Augusta.”

Within 2 minutes I had my photo taken and photos printed in Great Britain size. Such a great experience deserves a rating of 5.Deffo will be back.”

“It's not the most beautiful grocery store around. But the people working there are amazingly friendly and helpful. The prices are very good. They don't quite carry everything I like to have, but it's enough. I'm new to the area and have checked out a few different grocery stores. Food Lion is one that I will continue to go to. Again, I can't comment enough on the great staff working there. From the guys stocking shelves helping me find what I can't find, to the people at the cash registers. All stand up employees.
