“Ben, the blonde man with the beard at the North Augustan location, is one of the kindest employees I've ever met at the post office. Anytime people start to line up he moves as quickly as he can and lets everyone know what the wait time is and apologizes. He's always friendly, always actively working, and even made a comment about how he felt so bad that sometimes he sees me squat on the floor when there is a long wait. He said that although sometimes there are not enough people working there, he tries to go as quickly as he can to make us all comfortable. He remembers people's faces and names, and is just generally very enjoyable to interact with. I wanted to leave this review for him so that he is given the recognition he deserves. Thanos is also a wonderful employee at this location. He's professional, hardworking, and helped me with a challenging location issue one time!”
