ELIZABETH the grounds keeper was amazing from day 1 making the move in process and ease and the move out process! She called and informed us if something was off and about our locks!

We rented online from Colorado, Miss Elizabeth was very helpful and kind helping us. When we got here to drop-off stuff and it all didn't fit, she helped us get a second unit quickly without a bunch of hassle. When we got ready to check out of our units Aislinn was also very helpful and kind. They both made a great impression of both Storage Sense and the folks who live in the south. I highly recommend for cleanliness and excellent service.

These 5 star reviews must be family because the new owners suck. They immediately raised our rates. Removed the dumpster so you can't even clean your unit out. Plus the just put renters insurance on my unit without warning. I have my own personal property coverage, and to top it off the idiot that answers the phone is not even local. The women that worked for years is gone. I will be out asap. I do not recommend this storage facility at all. Hands down the worst business.

I paid for a large climate-controlled unit at this storage facility for three years because of lack of storage space in my home at that time. I have since acquired space in my home and emptied that unit. What I have found so far is that due to constant high temperatures in my unit, I have around 250-plus pairs of shoes rendered worthless that have either disintegrated or coming apart, a lot of them with price tags still on them. What the heck was I paying for? I could have kept them in an outdoor shed and paid nothing instead of the $200-plus dollars a month I paid to them for three years to protect my belongings. I am truly upset and they aren’t willing to remedy it.

Customer Service is good but they rapidly accelerate monthly rent to astronomical rates.
