Dropped off prescription and was told it would be ready in 30 to 45 minutes. Get there 47 minutes later and was told they never filled it because they didn’t have my birthday. I confirmed that they did have my phone number though, so why didn’t they call me instead of making me wait even longer?

Dropped new prescription off for insulin for cat! They were fixing to close for lunch! A little while later rec a mes it would be ready around 2:30. I decided to call to ck! Never heard a word about a problem! Rude! Called and was told they needed more info about vet! The vet’s office closes early on Wed! They said they left a mes at the vet’s! Not true! The next morning I called the vet’s office and was told they just cked mes and none from them! Called them back and told them the vet’s office did not rec a mess! The person who says nothing unless she has to says they will leave another mes! I said this is the third day my cat has gone without insulin and I was very concerned! The lady says nothing as usual! I said what do you need that the prescription does not have on it? She can’t tell me?! I said like the DEA number then she said yes when u was told by the vet’s office that is only needed for controlled substances which this is not! Later I called again to ck and this time I was told they were out of it and it should be in the next day! Again no good customer service skills to call me and tell me! I called Aiken WalMart on Whiskey Rd and the male pharmacist was totally polite and helpful and called the Walgreen’s on Knox Ave in Niorth Augusta to get it transferred! My cat just had his shot! I will never set foot in that Walgreen’s again! What sorry ppl in the pharmacy there or the one person! Julie Roberts

Employees need to be better trained on money services. On two separate occasions I attempted to deposit money. The first time I was allowed to deposit $500 but was told I couldn’t do a second transaction, something I had done at a Walgreens a few weeks before. The second time, the manager didn’t recognize my mobile bank (Dave) so they didn’t allow me to deposit anything. Safe to say I will not be returning to this location.

Yesterday I came back from a 9 day honeymoon and thought I had 2 week supply of one of my asthma medications but I was wrong. I had trouble getting it overnighted by express scripts so I called this Walgreens and spoke to Katie. She was able to transfer my script and told me she would call me either way…if there is a problem or when it is ready. I’m used to disorganized pharmacies so I was shocked when she called me back so soon to tell me it was ready. Today I went to pick it up but got there after closing forgetting they close early on the weekend. I gestured over the window that I needed inhaler for my lungs and they actually helped me. Today it was a man that helped me. They are incredible over here. Thank you for helping me get my breathing treatment so I don’t die. They went above and beyond! Bless you guys!

I have live and have always used North Augusta WalgreensNot any moreAfter I spoke to ALEX GROVER in Aiken my Dr sent a prescription into the pharmacy and told me it would be 17.00 when I called to see if it was ready after holding on the phone for 30 minutes he laughed at me and said it’s 997.00 No empathy what so everHe could care less about anyone or what they acted paying he doesn’t even know if could pay for this drug I had a coupon and Insurace he said your insurance Doesn’t cover any of itI now know why parents with children are so fed up with prescription drugs that there child needs but gets treated by someone like ALEX GROVER from Aiken Walgreens on whiskey rd no one should go to any Walgreens because of someone that doesn’t care and thinks it funny that a prescription cost 1000 SAD And SHAMEFULHis name is ALEX GROVER and represents Walgreens
