Employees need to be better trained on money services. On two separate occasions I attempted to deposit money. The first time I was allowed to deposit $500 but was told I couldn’t do a second transaction, something I had done at a Walgreens a few weeks before. The second time, the manager didn’t recognize my mobile bank (Dave) so they didn’t allow me to deposit anything. Safe to say I will not be returning to this location.

I can never get this place to answer the Pharmacy phone!! Walgreens in North Augusta is not the place to go. To expensive and waiting time is LONG.

Yesterday I came back from a 9 day honeymoon and thought I had 2 week supply of one of my asthma medications but I was wrong. I had trouble getting it overnighted by express scripts so I called this Walgreens and spoke to Katie. She was able to transfer my script and told me she would call me either way…if there is a problem or when it is ready. I’m used to disorganized pharmacies so I was shocked when she called me back so soon to tell me it was ready. Today I went to pick it up but got there after closing forgetting they close early on the weekend. I gestured over the window that I needed inhaler for my lungs and they actually helped me. Today it was a man that helped me. They are incredible over here. Thank you for helping me get my breathing treatment so I don’t die. They went above and beyond! Bless you guys!

I have live and have always used North Augusta WalgreensNot any moreAfter I spoke to ALEX GROVER in Aiken my Dr sent a prescription into the pharmacy and told me it would be 17.00 when I called to see if it was ready after holding on the phone for 30 minutes he laughed at me and said it’s 997.00 No empathy what so everHe could care less about anyone or what they acted paying he doesn’t even know if could pay for this drug I had a coupon and Insurace he said your insurance Doesn’t cover any of itI now know why parents with children are so fed up with prescription drugs that there child needs but gets treated by someone like ALEX GROVER from Aiken Walgreens on whiskey rd no one should go to any Walgreens because of someone that doesn’t care and thinks it funny that a prescription cost 1000 SAD And SHAMEFULHis name is ALEX GROVER and represents Walgreens

I went in to have prints made of my photos of my paintings to use as Christmas cards. The employee working in Photoshop was extremely helpful and went to great lengths to assist me with the computer printing system. Walmart just didn't care if they helped me or not.

Horrible pharmacy service! Waited in a queue for 20 minutes to get them on the phone, it was finally my turn and it rang for about two minutes and then disconnected. I was ordered 3 oxyxodone after surgery. I received a text message that they were out of them and were ordering more. No attempt to get from another store, and when I had to go to the store to figure this out (since they wouldn’t answer the phone), they told me the rX couldn’t be transferred.The lines are always long, they are slow as molasses, their customer service has gone to hell. Years ago this was a decent pharmacy, now it is one of the worst. I won’t step a foot in any Walgreens again.

Terrible place to have to get my prescriptions. You never know if they will be open or when, especially the drive-thru. This particular time I had refilled my insulin 3 days prior,and when I went to pick it up at the promised time (on my short lunch break) it wasn't even started. I had to spend my break waiting for them to fill it and subsequently not eat lunch that day. I will be looking into my insurance for where I can transfer my prescriptions ASAP.

Needed COVID medicine. Website said it was in progress. Called store to find out Pharmacy was closed. Rude people especially that work in the Pharmacy. Drive through always closed. Rude customer service! BEWARE!

My daughter stood in line for me. An African American lady was inquiring about a monitor she ordered. This employee named Bob was extremely rude for no reason to the lady. He stated that he wasn't going to move anything for her. The lady said, she just wanted to know if the monitor was in, then she looked at my daughter then left. Bob attitude was totally unacceptable. We have been shopping at Walgreens for several years and this was our first time experiencing an employee being so rude and disrespectful to a customer. What's sad is that, I believe he is an assistant manager.

The ABSOLUTE WORST PHARMACY STAFF I have ever encountered. No pharmacy comes close to how abysmal the pharmacists and pharmacy techs are here. Walgreens MANAGEMENT needs to CLEAN HOUSE, and start all over. I am sure there are a lot of pharmacists looking for a great gig. They are rude, disrespectful and overall terrible manners and customer relations.The pharmacy tech tried to charge me $23.00 for my prescription claiming "no Good Rx information in your file." Really??? How did I get the GOOD RX PRICE on the past two occasions at this very location??? Her nasty response "well, sorry! WE DO NOT HAVE IT!" Now, you can NOT tell me they do not have GOOD RX AND SINGLECARE information with all the people that use it. On top of that, they should be able to see how they ran the discount code on my last purchase.The staff, which makes it very clear they hate their jobs, must really hate working at all because they are only open till 6pm weekdays and CLOSED ALL SUNDAY!??? SMDH. GOOD LUCK if you need a prescription filled promptly BECAUSE I have actually waited 2 days and went to pick up prescription and had to wait 40 minutes while they filled it! Insane! Move your prescriptions like I had to do!

THE RUDEST, most condescending POS pharmacists and pharmacy techs in the COUNTRY, and I have been all over the STATES. These people are WORTHLESS, and hate their jobs. On top of that, they are evidently lazy bc they close at 6pm during the week and are CLOSED SUNDAYS!!! If you have a prescription that needs filled quickly, DO NOT HAVE THEM SEND TO THIS LOCATION. I had a script called in at 2pm and was not ready at 8:40pm and was told "cannot get it filled tonight." Great, my blood pressure is soooooo not important!!!???? GOOD RIDDANCE! MAY GOD HAVE MERCY ON YOUR HATEFUL SOULS!
