***BEWARE/Becareful***I came here to get my oil changed like I been doing the past 2-3yrs but this time I left with a different front driver side tire! I declined any tire service that Courtney offered me at the time bc I knew I didn't need it. Yet somehow, my brand new Good Year Eagle tire I bought the month prior to getting my oil changed got switched out for an Otani KC 2000 tire (a brand I had never heard of until now). I am very particular about who I let handle my car & what tires I put on it... ALL of my other tires are Good Year tires & have NEVER been anything else! I spoke with corporate then with Terrance GM a few times & have gotten the silent treatment now. Also, on October 27th I spoke with Ben the Auto Center supervisor & Tan Shift Manager who were somewhat apologetic but told me unfortunately I didn't catch it in time. However, like I told them if I declined tire service I'm not thinking about checking my tires bc there shouldn't be anything done to them. I am a firm believer in karma and Jimmy S. the person that worked on my car then moved to the Aiken Auto Center knows what happened... he'll get his!

I had a 9 o'clock appointment to get 2 tires replaced. They finally pulled my van in at 11:30. I also hate the way they break out all the separate charges. My husband paid for the tires and the install cost on the website but they still asked for another $38 for the balancing, after the 3 hours it took them to put 2 tires on. They just gave the same tired old "we're under staffed" excuse which would be fine if I had not made an appointment.Just know that a couple of $80 tires will cost you $250 and 3 hours.

Went in to get a tire checked for a slow leak or nail. Female clerk at the counter went to look at the car and came back in and said that they found the issue but if they had to replace the tire, it would be an additional cost. I informed her that I had road hazard with Walmart, and she proceeded to pull my information up in the system. She then claimed she had no information of my road hazard warranty. I went to my car and got the paperwork and gave it to her. She then took the paperwork to her manager who still declined to service my car. This location is a joke, and so are the employees. The incompetence and lack of willingness to do their job is rampant. Visit at your own risk.

Check-in associate didn't fully explain the things that she charged me for. So I had an extra 11$ charge on my service and no refunds possible

Disappointing from the beginning. Called ahead to possibly schedule an appointment time but, the automotive associate could hardly communicate, answer questions, or hold a conversation. He was about to verify that they do change tires and to just show up. Once we did, we were then told that Walmart will not mount and balance 275/55R20 on 20 inch rims! What?!?! Had to go to NTB right up the road.

I called 3 times and no answer. A business needs to learn how to answer their phones. Even to just pick up and say can you please hold.

Fast friendly cheap service. Cant find a cheaper oil change any where else in town! You can drop your car off while you look around or shop and get a text back soon as they are done. I wouldnt recommend calling because they seem to almost never answer their phone.

Called to head the night before was told they open at 7:00 a.m. I told them I'd be there when they open to get two tires put on my car I drove 35 MI to get there sat around for an hour waiting for him to open and finally someone is their Department came to me and told me they had no appointments this morning so they weren't opening until 10:30 a.m. when they get there first appointment when I had an appointment for 7:00 a.m. yeah I'll never buy tires there again rude rude employees the the assistant manager of the Walmart itself was helpful gave me 20% off on my tires but still there was no excuse for that makes me wait there 5 hours by the time I got my tires done

Told me they were going on lunch after waiting 20 minutes for someone to even come to the counter. Came back 3 hours later for them to now be on lunch. Came back again, after being told initially that they did tire alignment to then be told they didn’t. Sincerely hate this Walmart.

I ordered 4 tires and scheduled an appointment which was a month out. Dropped off the car. They checked me in and looked at the tires and told me they would let me know when it was done. 2 hours later I got an email saying they cancelled my order because they didn’t have my tires in stock. waste of time. Could have been handled so much differently and should not have been out of the tires knowing they were needed a Month ahead of time. Terrible customer service.Service: Tyres
