I just called after paying 85.00 monthly for a year and a half for a pick up. I was told that they don’t pick up on weekends and that I would have to miss work because they can’t give me a time to pick up the washer and drier. So, after hundreds of dollars in payments, they won’t even make a commitment of a set time for pickup.

I have never had a bad experience with the team here at Aaron's, they have always been very professional and understanding, when things sometimes have come up. I would recommend the team at Aaron's to anyone I know who needs to buy something with flexible terms. Yes it is higher interest but when I needed something they have always come through for me. My best advice is to anyone is to sign up for easy pay that way you never miss a payment and then watch your arrangements get better over time. Thank you Aaron's and the team at rivers ave for always taking care of me.

If I could give it zero stars, I would.... Mark "GM" really needs a customer service training course. Very rude, Judge mental, and when asked about it. He flat out lied to my face....... But thank GOD for GOD because he'll always make a way when man closes the door

None stars will be given on my behalf due to the fact that I was forced to try to keep furniture that was infested with bedbugs, and each time I submitted pictures and called no one would come out finally did and I was told that there was no bedbugs from them. Never had an issue with them before and said I received is used furniture. Lol.Please do not trust them very rude and nasty

I made a payment over the phone the previous day when I had a rep call me, and the next day, the AutoPay attempted to charge me again. When I called Aaron's about it, the rep I spoke to was extremely rude trying to say it happened because I called in and made a payment and did not reset my autopay. I did not call, you called me, so if it should've been reset, the rep who took the payment should've done that, how would I know what needed to be done. I also was not even upset about that had she not sit there and say it multiple times like it was my fault. Therep I spoke to escalated what was simply me just calling in finding out why they attempted to charge my card a second time into this where I have to leave a review. If your reps can't be professional and friendly on the phone, they shouldn't be talking to customers.

Brad who works on the rivers avenue store is rude and I was on the phone making a payment. I'm speaking to someone in the background and he assumed it was him and I'm trying to tell him I'm not speaking to him, but he is so busy loud talking me and telling me off that I had to get the other person to say hi so Brad could stop going off on me while I'm trying to make a payment. He should have been more professional and make sure he knew what he was talking about. Brad acts like a bully. I would stay away from the rivers store because of brads nasty verbally abusive attitude.

Sales staff is highly knowledgeable with everything they sell , they made sure I did not go over my budget , the accounts team help me set up auto draft to keep me on point and explained the process clearly to ensure I understood when and what time the withdrawal would occur.I am extremely happy with the customer service I received and love the merchandise I bought.

If I could leave less than a one star trust me a could and definitely would have. The general manger Mark is very rude and actually had the nerve to call me a liar when not one one but two of his employees didn't stop my auto draft .... When my item is paid off which thank god will be soon I WILL never get anything from them again. The nerve to call a customer a LIAR aren't we the ones that pay your bills ... whatever happened to the phrase the customer is always right
