I've been currently sitting here for 45 mins waiting on one person a ahead of me to cash a large check, in the meantime the lady behind the counter is waiting on calls back to verify these people checks..I asked her while she waiting could she just take care of me, she gonna tell me I can't cause the screen on the computer is opened to the person in front of me, meanwhile there is a whole nother computer she could be using, then got the nerve to say if you cant wait you can go somewhere else, you got 3 other people in here waiting to cash checks while your so called waiting to get authorization to cash a check. I've never had to deal with longs waits and the lady behind the counter clearly has no clue what she's doing

I had to stop by ACE Cash Express and I had the pleasure to be served by Mr. Michael. He was very helpful and very knowledgeable about the new offers they have with the Porte Card, I was only there to cash my check but just listening to him break down the account I was sold. I recommend anyone who needs to cash a check to stop by Ace Cash Express on McMillan and I hope you get to meet him. Very nice upstanding gentleman. I know I can only give a 5 star rating but he definitely deserve 100 stars. Thanks for all your help Michael. You are very much appreciated.
