Their service has gone down hill. What was a top notch company is no longer.I have no faith in them now.
Told me 4 time they would set me an email to reset my password. Never got an email, yet it was ADT who elimated my password.

Robert was very respectful and definitely knew how to accommodate the customer so that I feel safe in my home. He didn’t pressure me into buying a bunch of products. I’d highly recommend ADT to all friends and family

I'm very glad they sent Rob to my fix it call. His expertise and effort was obvious with the sensor solution he came up with for my two overhead garage doors. My valuables are secure and that makes me feel alot better. Thank you Rob. Hope they give you a new work truck!!
