The team was cheerful getting us on the truck, but they broke our king bed frame while taking it down. Guys at the other end could not set it up due to broken parts. So I was bedless after spending a week sleeping on a cot already waiting for a delayed arrival.They also irreparably bashed a hinge on a 4 year old china cabinet, so I can’t unpack a number of boxes as a result. Instead of unpacking, i have to go furniture shopping.But even worse was losing the electrical connector for my favourite lazy boy chair. Now I can’t even put my feet up.You bugged me for a review — never move over a holiday weekend.

Moved from SC to NY, had two excellent crews both for the loading and then again for the unloading. At both locations the crews laid out runners to protect the floors and were very professional. Felix the truck driver was also superb, arrived at both places on time and keep everything running smoothly. Thanks to all!

Our move experience from SC to MA was outstanding from start to finish. Coordintors Eric, Regina and the actual move crew (John and crew) were professional, courteous and quick. The move was entirely on schedule and the moving crew were extremely careful with our furniture. Both Eric and Regina checked in on things to ensure we were completely satisfied. Literally, a seamless transaction. Absolutely 100% happy.

Would give zero stars if possible. Late picking up, VERY (like a month) late delivering. Broke many of my things. But moreover, lost or stole >10,000 dollars of my belongings, nearly 20% of my load disappeared in the warehouse without further explanation. Without a doubt they provided the worst moving experience I’ve ever had and I would not wish it on my worst enemy. We are working on 2 months later and I still haven’t seen my belongings or any money to replace them. They didn’t even inventory many items and and are now claiming they never had them in the first place. It has been truly awful. DO NOT USE THESE MOVERS under any circumstances.

I had a very good experience with my household move from SC to WI. The sales consultant was awesome. Packing and loading was well done. The loaders were hard working and efficient. The driver actually arrived at my new home a day before the delivery spread. And this was all during the COVID-19 pandemic!

Not a good experience. Some damaged items, non-professional crew who did not follow instructions. On the contrary, initial contact by salesperson was great.

Pleasant staff, on time, concerned about quality. Handling antiques not good. I am beside myself upset. My mothers vanity. The mirror casing on both sides broken in half. At the bottom of one side, decorative molding has fallen off. A knob from another piece lost.perhaps we can repair but i dont know. My mother just died, it is particularly difficult. I was grieving should have been supervising more closely. The staff worked hard, no question. They need protocols for packing precious items.
