“I want to write about Charles the maintenance man. He has been here and helped me through every problem I have ever had at first when I got here. There was no maintenance man and they hired Charles to come here and it was like everything started getting done and it was always at any time I needed something done. He was always there and fixing things in a good pace. He’s very nice. Very kind. I trust him. If he wanted to come in and cook something or watch TV or kickback on the couch, I would trust him enough to do that. I know that’s a little overboard, but I’m just saying he is like a family member to me and I appreciate him being here at this complex and I’m sure other people probably will say good things about him too thank you”

“My boyfriend, our 2 cats, and I lived here for a year. We would've stayed at least another year, but we decided to buy a home instead. We really enjoyed the amenities, especially the grills! The leasing agents and maintenance team were very friendly and always responded quickly to our concerns. The area wasn't too bad, but a lot of other residents weren't always picking up after their dogs. The unit was very clean when we moved in and it was equipped with nice appliances. Something to mention - we often had trouble finding available parking spaces in the parking lot at night, so many people had no other choice but to use the handicap spaces or the EV charging spaces. Other than that, we loved living here!”
