“I want to write about Charles the maintenance man. He has been here and helped me through every problem I have ever had at first when I got here. There was no maintenance man and they hired Charles to come here and it was like everything started getting done and it was always at any time I needed something done. He was always there and fixing things in a good pace. He’s very nice. Very kind. I trust him. If he wanted to come in and cook something or watch TV or kickback on the couch, I would trust him enough to do that. I know that’s a little overboard, but I’m just saying he is like a family member to me and I appreciate him being here at this complex and I’m sure other people probably will say good things about him too thank you”
“Love it here. The community is so welcoming. I love that there are events every month offered by the staff for the residents to participate in. At the start of football season they had a kick off party with catering bbq at the pool area where they had 2 different games on both big screen tvs. It's also close to shopping and so many restaurants. I think what I like the most is its quite and you don't really get that apartment feel. The units are big enough that it's more like a home. Plus there is on-site storage and garage rentals.”
