“We lived at The Islands for about 3 years and we loved living there. The only reason we moved out was that we bought a house. The facility is kept beautifully with constant maintenance and improvements ongoing. Both the office staff and the maintenance staff are very helpful and are quick to respond to inquiries, maintenance tickets, and general info sharing. The pool is lovely, and there are activities for residents for special occasions/holidays. Every once in a while they get a food truck to come out, which is a nice treat. The office staff, Stacy, Becky, and Katie are all wonderful and very helpful. We can't say enough great things about The Islands, and highly recommend.”
“I have been trying to get out of my lease at 61 Vandy for almost two months, and the entire experience has been a nightmare. What’s worse than the situation itself is how I’ve been treated — or rather, ignored. It honestly feels like they go out of their way not to answer you. I’ve left countless messages, emails, and calls — all met with silence. When they do finally reply, it’s vague or contradictory.”

“I have been living at Wharf 7 Apartments since September 2024, when I moved to the United States from Thailand, and my experience has been excellent.
The apartment community is comfortable, clean, and provides a welcoming environment to live in. The lady at the front office is always friendly, professional, and very helpful. The office manager is knowledgeable, responsive, and takes the time to assist residents whenever needed. I would also like to recognize the property manager for her professionalism, kindness, and dedication to ensuring the community is well maintained.
The maintenance team deserves special recognition as well. They are prompt, courteous, and always do a great job when service is needed.
The facilities and common areas are consistently kept in excellent condition, making Wharf 7 a pleasant and comfortable place to call home. I truly appreciate the efforts of the entire team and highly recommend Wharf 7 Apartments to anyone looking for a well-managed and friendly community.

“Amazing staff! They are very engaging with residents and value safety in the community, which is facilitated by their efforts to give residents opportunities to build community within the complex. Plus, the apartments themselves are clean with newer amenities. If there are any issues, maintenance is extremely fast to help fix the problem.”

“We had an exceptional experience at 400 Meeting in Charleston, SC, this summer. From the moment we arrived, Adam (the leasing manager) and Jayme (the property manager) were invaluable. The apartment layout was perfect for our son, with a private bathroom connected to the bedroom, parking, and great amenities like the gym and pool. The location near downtown was ideal! Adam quickly resolved any minor issues - his responsiveness was especially impressive, and he was incredibly helpful throughout our son's stay. If you’re looking for a rental unit for your college student, we highly recommend 400 Meeting. It’s a well-managed, convenient, and welcoming place to call home! And an added bonus, Big Bad Restaurant is right around the corner and so good!”

She had the biggest smile the whole time she gave us a tour & was extremely detailed in showing us everything Middleton Cove has to offer! She also knew all of the regulars walking around, fishing, & took time to ask them about their day which made us feel right at home.
