They did not cell me I prepaid phone ...I wanted one off the new ones the girl said no...when too another store they said if you pay full price you can take any phone I said the money is not the problem

My son and I stopped in the store to see if we could get an upgrade for his phone the phone he wanted they did not have in stock. They just sold the last one, but the young man there was very very helpful and offered to have it shipped but my son has to go back to New York so we just told the nice young man we would check in Columbia tomorrow. They were very helpful. He was an extremely wonderful assisting us and answering our questions.

This store is AWFUL! The employees are rude, hate their job, say "mhm" to every question. They tried to make us pay an extra $55 JUST BECAUSE they gave us THEY gave us the wrong phone. I do not recommend coming to this location, just awful!

I very rarely post reviews but felt the need to do it after a horrible experience at this store today. I walked in with an issue with my phone. The only two people in the store were the employee and a police officer. I waited for a few minutes because I thought the employee was helping a customer. After a while, I realized the employee was discussing a personal law enforcement matter with the officer. I waited 10 minutes without him ever acknowledging me or offering to help, and eventually left and went to another AT&T across town. It was the worse experience I’ve ever had in a store. Such disrespect. I

Dan is an incredible store manager and AT&T representative. We bought 2 new phone lines, wireless, fiber and many accessories from Dan. He is attentive. He makes sure to explain everything in a way everyone can understand. He is kind to everyone who comes into his store. We love Dan! Give that man a raise!

With a very busy schedule, we walked in on our lunch break to try and upgrade our phones we were there for 25 minutes, we were never acknowledged or greeted. A gentleman walked in 10 minutes after us and got a greeting. We were never helped so we left. Since we only get an hour lunch.

We went there to see about getting the iPhone 13 Max Pro. As soon as we walked in we where greeted with a smile by Stephen (I hope I spelled his name the correct way) He was very courteous and answered all of our questions. Because of his courtesy and being very knowledgeable of the specific phone we where inquiring about...we sealed the deal. We are happy and thankful we went to that particular location and had the pleasure of meeting Stephen. We would definitely send our friends and family to that particular store.#HAPPYCUSTOMERS

Went in on Thursday because my mom was paying too much for her bill and needed to change it. She's not technologically advanced so she had no idea. Steven helped me out and I came back today because of the billing cycle and helped me save my mom about $80 a month. Great place, ask for Steven, he was awesome.
