Kyle and his staff are wonderful. I had an issue no one on the customer service line could seem to figure out and when I took the problem into the store it was resolved that day. They took the time to hear my side of the issue and got right down to business. If you need service for anything AT&T and this store is the way to go!

All this company wants to do is collect as much $ from your purse or wallet while providing neither substantial tv service nor up to par customer service. I arrived at this location and was directed very rudely to "take equipment for replacement to UPS store or Fedex facility, not our problem / you should've know that." Horrible customer service from 2nd year of service on out. I had enough paying out the ying yang that even when I call to cancel, they spend as many minutes trying to get you to stay. Returned all my equipment, cut all ties with Direct TV and yet get another bill / $87. They couldn't justify it /explain it. They don't care.

they told me it would be here in the morning at 8-10 they didn't arrive till 3pm they then proceeded to lose my all of my equipment it didn't get here till July 8th at 4 pm and they won't send anyone to help us set it up and ever time we call they send us to customer support and then proceed to hang up on us every time this is the worst business. If you are thinking about getting Internet, don't get it from them.

Switched all services from xfinity to ATT/Direct TV including home phone, internet and tv. Went to the Rivers Avenue store where the store manager, Nilda, was so helpful. She honestly and completely answered all questions and presented all options while listening to our specific needs. We got the exact plan we wanted. We were assisted by our sales rep, Taylor, who handled ALL of the nitty gritty details of setting up the new account, linking it with our mobile account and setting up our streaming devices! Both Nilda and Taylor were amazing and made sure we had our account as we wanted and with no issues! They took the time and effort to give outstanding customer service which is rare these days.

So if you want to opportunity to be seen as quickly as possible, whether its ATT or any other cell phone provider, get there when they open. Because as you know, doing anything at ATT or any provider, takes such a long time. I get there and the manager ( I found out later) and one other person, sitting at the table right when you walk in were quiet when I walked in and I was eventually/awkwardly greeted by the male rep in the back of the store. Explained I was switching from Verizon to ATT blah blah blah and the process begins. At some point he joked that he left his cell phone at home--not an important point until later in the process. I was there for at least an hour. At the point in the process when the rep had to call the ATT headquarters (?) or whoever the hell reps call at ATT from ATT when they need to confirm stuff, he kind of looks around and then turns to me and asks, "can I borrow your phone?"??He was asking to borrow my phone to make the call because he left his phone at home. So ATT doesnt have landlines or store phones or I dont know..it was just odd to me that a rep would ask to borrow the customers phone to make a phone call. Also I am convinced that no one leaves their cell phone and if you don't have it, you've been kidnapped or apparently you're this guy who works at ATT. The process went cleanly and eventually the manager did come over after some time to ask how things were going--friendly reps, clean store, and I got a great per month rate--much cheaper than Verizon. Great service at ATT StoreIn Summerville. They waited on me right away. The employee answered allQuestions and helped me decide on phone and plan. It was past his lunch hour and he stayed helping me. So i went outside and brought him a Pizza.

Was so excited that fiber was finally added to our neighborhood. Switched to ATT and the next day the Internet went out on a Friday. My wife called and they said they have someone out Monday afternoon. She said this wasn’t acceptable and they said they’d escalate it get someone out that day and we’d get a call within the hour.3 hours later we never received a call so I got back on the chat and talked to a person that was no help and a manager that kept just telling me my appointment was for Monday. Never apologized for not calling and fixing the Internet or offered a way to make things right.I said I wanted to talk to someone and they said I’d get a call in 30-45 minutes. 2 hours later I’m still waiting.Terrible start. Terrible service.

This was the most god awful experience I have ever had with customer service and company in general. I hate every single one of them. They were so unhelpful and rude. Spent four days arguing with them over never being able to get a straight answer. I spent 40 minutes on the phone with them today just to be transferred 3 times to someone who was just as clueless as the first.

Zero StarsMy neighbors juntion box is in my yard. My junction box is in the other neighbors yard. Anyway 1st neighbors had it hooked up 2 weeks ago and her cable is still not buried thru my yard. Just laying on top of the grass.

I tried to call this location 5 times and every time, someone would pick up the phone, say please hold and then put me on hold for 20+ min. I wouldn't recommend this store at all!! I called the one in Summerville and they picked right up, answered my question plus some.

This internet/service is so bad, I had to use someone else's internet to post this review. Customer service is awful. Made appointments for techs to show up multiple times and they never did. They never call back and they never know how to fix an issue. As soon as there's another option I'm canceling. May lose my job because i cannot get internet to work from home. I wish i could give negative stars.

I was very exited to start my service with AT&T but trying to get started has been a big problem. I understand the iPhone 12 has been very hard to but that's not the real problem. Today was the fifth time Since I started the process to buy 2 iPhone 12 and move my 2 lines from Verizon to AT&T. I've been in this store once a week since they charge me for the taxes to get started. Then wrong number, wrong name and you name it. Today was the end. The lady who "helped" me treated me like if I was asking for favors. I'm buying 2 phones and willing to pay for the service. She didn't care, her facial gestures any attitude is horrible. Maybe she's the owner or the retail store or who knows, at the end she didn't helped me and asked me no to talk too loud after I asked to talk with her manager. I still have to go another time to this low class store to see if they comply with the promise of good service and close contract with me.
