I had a wonderful experience at Autozone on Dorchester Rd. Scott D helped me buy new wipers for a used car I just purchased and even installed them. Could not be more satisfied!!

Very helpful staff, especially Marco. Got me the batteries I needed for my semi truck. Only had one in stock at his location but had an employee bring another 3 from another location. Excellent customer service.

Store 5365 is amazing !! Marco, Que and Sheryl were knowledgeable and helpful. They made my experience stressless. I always leave this store a satisfied customer. They set the standard for all the other Autozones. The store on Ladson Rd
Is useless. Every time I have gone there, associate’s are standing around talking. I asked for help, the young lady told me that she doesn’t know but I can check on the aisles. I just looked at her and walked out.

Just wanted to say thank to store manager Marco, at the Dorchester location. Can spot talent when I see it, this is the best manager in the state.

Cheryl was so delightful and helpful. We were attempting to spruce up a 2000 Chevy truck from a friend. She was so attentive.Cheryl even put the wiper blades on for us. When I have an automotive need, I plan to visit her.
