Pete helped me diagnose what was going on, then when the 1st answer didn't work. We tried a few other things. It ended up being that I needed a new ignition coil.
We had a whole adventure where the brittle plastic broke and a piece fell onto the sparkplug. Took like an hour of trying things. They let me borrow their wrench and 10mm. And a bunch of other tools trying to get that plastic out. Someone managed to help me and im forever grateful.
I spent like $100 getting my car fixed when every mechanic wanted $150-200 just to look at it. I could not be happier with my experience here (even if it was stressful at the time.)”
“Hello I have to let my experience at batteries plus be known ! I was having issues with my key fob .. Scared to turn my car off being I had b hard time getting the doors to unlock and the car to crank.. “My battery got drained in my truck because I left the lights on for a substantial amount of time while in the store. I didn't have jumper cables with me at the time. Luckily I was across the street from this store location, so I walked across and asked for assistance. After explaining my situation to customer service rep April, she agreed to provide me with a jump. I waited while she provided excellent service to the customers already in line and then she provided the jump as promised. She was very knowledgeable, and patient. As far as I'm concerned, she went above and beyond to help a customer in need. Simply OUTSTANDING customer support exhibited by April! Thank you so much and keep up the wonderful service!

“This location is absolutely dialed. Needed 2 batteries in my truck on a Friday afternoon and they were ready to put it in. Logan Cross tested my batteries pulled them out and threw in the news ones in a half hour. Above the service the place is inaccurate says or about the shop.”
