“Hello I have to let my experience at batteries plus be known ! I was having issues with my key fob .. Scared to turn my car off being I had b hard time getting the doors to unlock and the car to crank.. Long story short , went to batteries plus on Rivers Ave and the Salesman there Jamal-JD was very very AWESOME, COURTEOUS and most of all very PROFESSIONAL an NICE.. “On yesterday in the gloomy chilly weather. My tire was nearly flat. I was already on Rivers Avenue near O'Reillys. I called and spoke to the assistant manager (Dan). He didn't hesitate he told me where to pull up, he was waiting. He put the air in for me. The courteous service and that great big smile, calmed my anxiety right on down. I am so thankful for him. DAN IS THE MAN!”

“This location is absolutely dialed. Needed 2 batteries in my truck on a Friday afternoon and they were ready to put it in. Logan Cross tested my batteries pulled them out and threw in the news ones in a half hour. Above the service the place is inaccurate says or about the shop.”
