Poor service. Plan on spending a long time waiting for someone to help you. The instructions for buying something from the qr code on the item are confusing and time wasting.

I had a problem with my phone it would not shut off and I could not call out. Too many issues to put in here. Took it to my payment center and they worked on it for 45 min . Could not fix it. So the Short and sweet part was Buy a new phone and loose all my pics etc. and messages. Which put me in a panic mood. I had Doctor messages and things that I had not saved or read yet. But, one sweet young lady àt the desk said, "I know how you feel. Maybe if you take it to Best Buy they have people that can help you. That is what I did. After 30 min and taking it in the back with others, my phone is working. That is how I am messaging you now. LOVE BEST BUY

Purchased a 65” OLED TV online and drove 45 minutes one way to pick up at the store. Made it all the way to trying to load my tv before the warehouse guy told me I took all risk and could not return the tv if I had to lay it down and there was damage. FYI, no disclaimer online, as I could have driven the truck with straps if notified on the front end. Just spent $2000+ and don’t know anyone that would take that risk given the facts on the front end. Really frustrated that I had to argue a $110 delivery fee and waste hours of my time for something that was supposed to be a fun purchase.

I was ready to spend cash money on a laptop. I know what I wanted, but still, I looked at what was on the display. One of the displays started chirping, and two employees came quickly, one telling me what I shouldn't be doing. Then they both left, not asking if there was anything they could assist me with. Very, very, very disappointing. I know I'm only one person with one $1500 purchase, but I can't be the only person who sees the degrade on customers service.

I scheduled an appointment with GeekSquad in August to get my iPhone 13 ProMax front screen repaired. When I arrived the gentleman checked me in and looked at my phone. He asked if the screen could turn on, and I told him the charger port was broken. However, we had the phone charged by using a wireless charging pad, the young man, and proceeds to tell me they cannot fix my phone because Apple would deem the phone a total loss because the charger port was broken and the front screen was cracked. He also stated, GS do not complete the repairs in house and it would take two weeks for me to receive my device fixed. I left the store and called Apple to see if this was their policy, and the Apple representative had no knowledge of the information the gentleman advised. After my call with Apple, I called Best Buy and requested a call back from a manager which a very nice young lady did call me and wanted me to take the phone to Apple to see if they could fix it. If so, she wanted me to call back so they could use that as a coaching opportunity for the geek squad team. Due to frustration, I decided against getting the phone fixed At that time. Yesterday I decided to give Best Buy another chance to fix my device. I set an appointment and arrived at 1 o’clock. I let the young lady know the geek squad counter that the charger port was broken. However, the phone was charged up in the front screen needed repair the same young lady called me earlier yesterday morning to advise it will be a two week turnaround time for me to get my phone fixed and also the cost of repair could be at least a $500 at the counter. I asked the young lady if the payment was due upfront, or if I needed to make the payment once the phone was fixed in two weeks, she asked for the phone if she takes it back to the technician who cleaned the charger port and determined the charger port was not broken. He confirmed he could not fix the screen because the crack was too deep in the screen. With frustration I left the store and went to a screen repair shop one minute down the road from Best Buy. This business took my phone repaired it with an hour with a manufactured screen and noted there were no issues repairing my phone. I called Best Buy last night to speak with the manager regarding my experience, and was told that one would give me a call back, the representative I spoke with at the contact center suggested that I go into the store. If I was looking to speak with the manager immediately, I drove back to the Best Buy location and waited 30 minutes for Shelton to not come out of the office. The gentleman at the front door claims the store was very understaffed, and Shelton was assisting a customer. I found that quite hard to believe when there were a group of employees at the front of the store, talking to what seems to be an ex employee. Stay away from this location as they do not care about customer Service or rendering services that are outlined on their website. Oh not to mention, I only paid $350 to get it fixed the same day Best Buy refused to complete the service. Stay away!!!!!!!

Purchased a radio and set up installation. On day of install, I took off from work but the rep never ordered the kit for install. I understand it was the appointment setters fault but when floor rep went over to mgr the mgr Angela still never came over to speak to me. I asked for corporate number and email and just returned device. The manager never once came over to apologize or find a solution. That is all it would have taken and I would have kept the equipment and rescheduled and purchased kit myself as I was already paying 3 times the price for kit and wiring. Instead, I ill never use Best Buy for services again.

Ryan and Mikey helped me get a new additions for my first mini pc for gaming. They were knowledgeable and didn’t try and upsell. Just kept it real. Looking forward to trying out my mouse, keyboard, and mousepad.

I went to get a computer for my wife. They greeted me, but weren't pushy about sales or anything. I picked out what we needed and the sales kicked in, but they were just doing their job and weren't super pushy about it. I would rather not be upsold at all and am a bit sad they paywalled their rewards program, but times are tough. This is just about the only brick and mortar you can get any service with for consumer electronics, so I am glad they still offer quality experiences.

My wife went to two stores to buy an apple charger. Rivers Avenue was a ghost town and no one was available to assist her. She doesn't have time to waste so she left. Summerville was the same. When she finally found an employee, they couldn't find the key to the apple charger lockup. She left empty handed from two stores that both had the charger in stock.

Stay away from this store, especially their Geek Squad.They ignore your Best Buy memberships, even if you have the most expensive Total(Tech) membership.They will ignore the terms of contract of your membership and refuse to work on repairs.Upon corporate complaints - with main corporate, with customer service, and with geek squad corporate, this store refuses to answer to any of the corporate complaints and even ignores corporate, continuing to break contract. Corporate provided customers with written documentation that this store was breaching the terms of the Best Buy membership contracts.Stay away from this store!!!

Absolutely horrible experience with corporate and Best Buy as a whole, my item was placed at the wrong door by a 3rd party mailing company that they are contracted with called roady and long story short they tried to put the blame on me and refused to give me my money back. It wasn’t until I contacted better business bureau for them to turn around and switch up and finally admitted to there mistake. It took almost 3 weeks just to get my money back for the items that were misplaced and stolen. If you do order from Best Buy have them ship it to store, if you decide to have it shipped to your home, you’re doing so at your own risk. The staff overall at the store are friendly but online experience absolutely is a 1 star.

Went toBest Buy to buy a microwave, never could get anyone to help us. The guy they have watching front door said he would send somebody over. No one came to help us . As we were leaving the guy said to us no one came to help you I'm sorry we are so short of help. Left went to Lowes. Got what we needed. Very helpful. They even offered to take it to the car for us. Thanks Lowes.

Terrible, we stood in line behind one person for 15 minutes. I went to ask if there was another register open and it hey said no one else is working today that can help. The person at the door was sarcastic and rude and acted like he could really care less. I had to interrupt his chat with someone. I used to love this store. It has gotten terrible.

They specialize in Apple products, the floor service was lacking, being that I did see several best buy employees lounging around which got me heated with the overall service
