The burger was cold and thrown together there was less than 1/2 of the box of frys after paying for the upgrade I got the upgrade box I'd rather they keep the box and dump some fresh in the bag and I guess a napkin and maybe a catsup packet is to much to ask I said something to my brother who is very regular at that location and he said he was getting the same service lately for the price the meal should at least be what you ordered

I'm surprised that place isn't closed. Good service, food OK. But the place was falling apart. Screens didn't work, so I couldn't see the menu. Lights flickering. Not dirty but not clean. Employees sleeping in the dining area. Definitely needs some $ put into the store.Very depressing restaurant.

Food was hot and fresh, however, the service was very ghetto and VERY unprofessional. The male cashier was so unprofessional and was almost in a fight. I'd recommend coming before the afternoon (teens) crew arrives.Parking: Plenty of parking spaces not to many people go inside due to rude customer service.

Waited in drive thru for 30 minutes. Employee very rude to me and other customers through intercom. Finally got my food and it was wrong. It’s not anybody else’s fault but your own that you work at Burger King on dorchester rd. Maybe if you had a better work ethic and some manners you could excel past Burger King on dorchester rd.

I have loved BK my whole life but the standards are so poor now. The other day I was in the drive thru for no less than 30 minutes and finally gave up. They simply do not give a flying f at this location.

The cashier was very rude and racist, he made us repeat what we were going to order many times, he even made us show it to him and he still acted like he didn't understand. We were a group of 5 people and we wanted to place an order and he made faces and said more? “No, don't ask for more”. We were even going to ask for something else and we just didn't want to because we felt the rejection when it was time to leave. He thanked God that we were leaving. It was very rude. We never found out why so we came to the conclusion that his problem was racism.

Should have been open for drive thru, but it wasnt. Wasnt even open to come in and order. I saw 1 employee. Do better!

Food was hot and pretty decent. The line to order was very long and the customer service rep didn't seem to know how to do anything. Which, I believe isn't their fault but the companies bc of lack of training.

1/28/24 at 10:45 am. I was in the drive through no one greeted us on the intercom. I had to be at work by 11. I went to check the door. both were locked. Just close the restaurant already if you dont have staff to staff them. I saw one girl in there. that is just ridiculous. So now Im late for work with no food.
