Avoid at all cost! One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. Walked up with three employees doing absolutely nothing, but not a single one cared to even speak. Finally after 30 seconds of me standing in disbelief one lady said oh you have a customer. The young lady that obviously doesn't care looked at the other employee like oh ok whatever, and took her sweet time turning around and the words out her mouth were just as ugly as her attitude. Apparently her phone and gossip is more important as even asking for a receipt was such a task for her. Shameful, sad, and embarrassing.

The key to good customer service service is LISTENING!!!!! I ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese w/ an extra patty, and they gave it to me without the cheese even after I confirmed the order twice. Not a good look and it's not the first time they messed up my order. One

If you're lucky you'll show on a day when an employee has competence; mostly they are aimless and slow. The lines are crazy. I am an airport employee and today they had no cashier. Only the kiosk for ordering. I asked if there was a way to get the employee discount on the kiosk. He said no and walked away. Where is the manager on duty and why was he/she not contacted? Guess profits are not important. 3 times today I tried spending my money and no one wanted it. Your loss.

Tried to get the guys attention so I could order. He was on his phone. I said excuse me and he looked up at me and then continued to be on his phone. Didn’t get anything cause he wouldn’t get up to take an order.

This is the worst Burger King I’ve ever been to. If you’re running late or not do not waste your time standing on that line. You will either miss your flight your waste your time standing waiting to order , not even to get your food. This particular day I could’ve seen it was short staffed but the girl upfront showed noooo sense of urgency, no multi tasking skills …… I waited atleast 20 minutes just to order food. Horrible !!!!! Plz hire more people, get all hands on deck or shut down…..

They have two counter machines now that you can put in your own orders. The soda machine was broken. Hash browns are almost like little tater tot coins except way more buttery, I don't really like that flavor. For a little more reasonable budget than some of the other airport food choices.

June 13 I was traveling to Mexico I purchased a whopper I didn't eat. My burger is until I got on the plane as I was eating I notice something poked me in my mouth I spit it out and this is what was in my burger......... highly unacceptable. I tried to call and couldn't get in touch with anyone when I returned on June 20 I am mediately went to the Burger King where the manager did not seem surprised or worried and they said everything comes premade and there's nothing they could do about it that I would have to talk to the general manager. I emailed them twice and still haven't gotten a response back. I also reached out to corporate and still haven't gotten a response back. I have been in the restaurant industry over 10 years, this is highly unacceptable and ridiculous poor customer service. Be careful eating there.
