I fell in love with this jacket in the clearance section, but there was a pricing issue. Vanessa and Tabitha went above and beyond to resolve it. Their care and dedication made the experience easy and pleasant!

Made a special trip out for Carter’s only. Was aware of previous hours of operations being funny, so I called & checked the website. Both the website & phone system said they were open. Drove all the way to the mall to find this closed sign in their window. Very frustrating.

Although I love that the store is well stocked and great selection, I have to say the employees there are just blatantly rude. I was the only customer in the store, and was not acknowledged or assisted. However, they acknowledged 2 other customers who entered after me.
