Everything must be out of the vehicle, and it should be cleaned just as it was when purchased, including door jams. If carpets are shampooed, it should be done several days prior so everything dries completely. The gas tank must have 1/4 tank or less; this is a non-negotiable rule. The inspection is thorough, and staff will point out all scratches and dings, taking pictures of everything, as they are following strict rules. Showing up on time for the appointment is advised, though the staff may accommodate customers who are early. Having paperwork complete avoids delays, but the helpful staff will assist with copies if needed.
