“Hey Everyone, I wanted to let y'all know about my experience using this phone repair shop. I switched mobile carriers and was in need of having my phone unlocked. The Phone Man wasn't able to complete the proceess bc my smartphone was very old (3+ years) (full refund) but he was able to get me in touch with someone who had what I needed and could get the new phone to me asap bc I had a few days left b4 my port authorization expired. Along the way, he also helped me get through a very tough time when I couldn't get through another second w/o crying. He was very nice and refused to let me attempt to drive in that condition- for this I am forever grateful. The only thing that Phone Man Repair needs to work on is communication regarding how and when I could pick up the new phone. I had the repair shop's # and he gave me another business number. I had a lot more success getting in touch with him using the 2nd #. Overall, I recommend him bc he was knowledgeable, great @ explaining 2 me exactly what was going on and connected me with someone who did have what I needed and I receivedit in a timely manner.
