Wife had breakfast was cold her grits smelled old. My bbq chicken fingers where hard and tough. Cooked for to long. Wife's coffee was bad. Haley didn't seem to want to wait on us. Had to keep asking her to repeat she was hard to hear. Won't be going back. Our son said his meatloaf was just ok.

Staff is extremely friendly and courteous. Service is prompt and the food is always hot and delicious. If you plan to ear at Cracker Barrel in any of it many locations often, I recommend becoming a member of their awards plan. We have saved money on numerous occasions since joining, and the cashier never fails to remind us to login in a checkout for the points.

Food is always good, but PLEASE bring back Thousand Island dressing. I would visit more often if you do . Our server was very nice, but didn't get her name.

I bought a Double Chocolate Coke Cake for my sister's birthday. It was DELICIOUS!! Moist and flavorful. The price is a little steep. But, since my sister loved it, I think it was worth it.Parking: They have a great setup for curbside pickup.

We were a party of 8 one side of the table got the food , about 20 mins later the other side got theirs. No discounts were offered. We weren't looking for anything free but how about a 10% for the problem. We were told short staff. All the while other tables party of 4 were being fed before our 4 that were not feed Terrible , Didn't make any sense to any of us .

It’s been a long time since I’ve been to one of these. Now I remember why. Yes we had a party of 8, but we were not the only one. They had just seated a larger group right before us.Server took our order, but seemed a bit flustered which was the downfall of this experience. After 30+ minutes, some food came out. Only problem was, it was for half the group. The other half came after another good 20 minutes. Some of the orders were wrong and the standard excuse was the kitchen is short staffed. It can’t be that short as other orders were coming out. Also there was some convoluted process of how the order was put in to the kitchen. If you are short staffed and can’t deal with groups then don’t seat them. The sausage patties were pretty dry and sickly looking. The Gravy for the biscuits was rubbery. It takes some skill to mess up breakfast. The cashiers were a bit surly as well. This was the worst example of southern hospitality. What’s that saying you have here for challenged people? Bless their hearts? Yeah they need all the blessings they can get. There are other better options for food in the area, take advantage of them and avoid this hot mess.

Our initial server, a young girl was amazing and attentive but then after our orders age disappeared and it took a long time to get our food. If id timed it is say 45-60 minutes. When it did cube it was bright by a different server who was working the other side of the room. I'd seen our girl walk by quickly with teary red eyes, so I guess she was having issues. I'd ordered the turkey dinner. A plate full of generous portions arrived but everything was dried out and discolored like having sat a long time and reheated a few times. Everyone else's seemed fine. We love Cracker Barrel and it hurts to see the problems they have currently.
