Fantastic gym! Definitely worth the price! Equipment gets fixed quickly and the staff is amazing! Most of the negative reviews are just people complaining about the rules they agreed to, but all of them were explained thoroughly. 10/10 highly recommend!

*THE DAYCARE*I can't believe it has taken me so long to write this review... the two women who work in the daycare are nothing short of amazing!! If I wasn't able to leave my 14 month old in the daycare I wouldn't be able to attend this gym, which is why we chose Crunch. My daughter had colic for the first 6 months of her life and has been a stage 10 clingger her whole life. She won't go to regular daycare workers, she won't even attempt to breach the doorway at the church toddler Sunday school; she just screams. When we get to Crunch in the morning and she seems the door, she is instantly excited! She almost forgets I exist when I sit her down, and she's usually upset when I pick her back up. I am shocked at the amount of stuff she has learned during the two months she has attended here, things I haven't even been able to teach her. She is so social now, gentle and playful with other children which she had not had a lot of interaction with before, she can (AT 14 MONTHS) correctly hold a crayon and draw on paper, she can safely climb up the slide and get herself into a safe sliding position, and go down the slide at her own pace. She can pretend play with a kitchen now... I really am so impressed. I have 4 children and I've never seen caregivers so engaged with the children. If I could bottle up what ever it is they have there and market it I'd be a trillionaire overnight. I came from PF, which is notably a larger (and possibly a more reputable) gym, but that doesn't impact the quality of this gym at all - in fact, I enjoy this gym more! The employees are MUCH more personable, the equipment is cleaner and while there may not be as many pieces of the same equipment, I've never seen that impact anyone's experience - not even at the beginning of the year! There's never any "out of order"

Crunch Fitness personal training is a scam that locks you into a contract that you cannot get out of. Avoid this gym and their choice of personal training facilities.

Love this gym! A variety of equipment and VERY low rates. It is usually very busy and can get kind of cramped during certain hours, but everyone is accommodating and willing to share. Staff is usually friendly. My only complaint is that Fox News is ALWAYS on. Kind of annoying to see so much propaganda while I’m trying to see these GAINS ??

Nice gym but the music is so loud at times you can't even hear your own Bluetooth music. The staff isn't friendly and guests linger behind front desk.

Extremely rude staff and would not cancel my membership and continued to charge me over 100 a month saying that I had money to owe but then said that my membership was canceled which is extremely confusing . Randy was the only helpful employee, who finally got me my cancellation paperwork. the manager with red hair was extremely rude to me and my boyfriend and the reason that we had all of the cancellation issues. I would recommend the mount pleasant location over this one.

EDIT: THEY HAD A LAWYER CALL ME AND ATTEMPT TO COLLECT, I WILL BE IN CONTACT WITH A LAWYER MYSELF IN REGARDS TO THIS ISSUE, THE MONEY THEY'VE STOLEN FROM ME OVER THE YEARS, THE HARRASSMENT, AND THE FAILURE TO CANCEL THE MEMBERSHIP. THIS PLACE IS AWFUL HORRIBLE AND DISGUSTING NEVER EVER GIVE THEM A SINGLE CENT OF YOUR MONEY THEY'RE SICK GREEDY THIEVES!!!!I've been attempting to end my membership after moving out of town with his place for 2 years and they won't leave me alone. I've sent letters via mail, emails, phone calls and they still won't stop asking me for money and trying to collect even though I have not been there since I believe January of 2021 when I moved and was unable to cancel my membership in person. This place is disorganized and awful and they are still trying to scam more money out of me regardless of how many times I tell them that I cancelled this membership. I also cannot locate or access any online login and the people on the phone are less than helpful when you call and tell them about the problem looking for solutions.

Crunch Fitness is great. Large facility with lots of workout equipment options. Staff is friendly and approachable. My only complaint would be having a later access time. There’s Not enough 24hr gyms in this city for those of us who work crazy schedules or desire to train in a low populated space. But overall, It’s a great Gym.

Pros:The front desk staff and manager are extremely friendly, helpful and accomodatingCons:It's just about intolerable how many mentally deficient adults can't put dumbells in the correct places at this location. Picture is less than 5 minutes after I fixed it for free. Horrible.Also, the floor space is poorly utilized and the square footage is inadequate for the business traffic (like the worse ellipticals and 1/4th-1/3rd of the treadmills) in favor of benches and squat racks and I'll change this review.

I just signed up for a membership at Crunch Fitness in North Charleston. The environment is clean and spacious. I was assisted by Lauren H. who was very professional and thorough with her explanation of the terms of membership and while giving the tour of the gym. I would recommend this location if you are interested.

I have a membership here,at this point of have been a member for over two years. And while the staff at this Crunch has always been great the equipment availability hasn’t. Like for instance,everybody squats and deadlifts these days and the fact that there’s only three squat racks available at this gym makes working out at this gym difficult more times than not

Absolutely terrible experience for years. Please go to other gyms with better policies. I moved away from the location and have been trying to cancel forever. Even planet fitness has the option now to cancel your membership online. The only option to cancel is in person or mail, i sent something in mail and they say they never receive it everytime. If you want a place to dedicate your health too, there are plenty of better options.

5 a.m. Buds in ears, sweat in hair. I don't participate much, but I see that there are several cliques of people scattered around the place, and they all seem quite friendly and welcoming.
