Coming from an actual pharmacist i would be ashamed if one of my techs answered the phone the way she did. Britney has zero patience or communication skills. I know that pharmacy can be very overwhelming. At times you are overworked, understaffed, and underpaid. However, you can’t take it out on others and have to find positive ways to channel that energy. “ just say your name regular “ my name is hyphenated and i was told this after i repeated myself over three times. Zero stars.

The pharmacist at this location is the most rude unpleasant unprofessional employee I've ever encountered! He is disrespectful has no patience with customers and honestly I felt sorry for the staff that was working with him. I'll find another pharmacy before I ever come back to this location.

This pharmacy is GARBAGE! Worst customer service, zero people skills. Waited in the drive through line since 6:30pm. Pharmacy closes at 7pm. Come 7pm they shut the window down and refused service to all who were waiting! The pharmacy doesn’t give a damn about the people. We’re not there for fun; we’re there to pick up MEDICATION! Absolutely disgusting. No curtesy, no consideration, no communication. HOW this department exists and who it employs is despicable.

DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY!!My daughter doctor sent over her prescription this morning (8:40AM) and I went INSIDE to pick up (2:54PM) to find out that they are out of stock and it would have to be order. Her exact words were “Didn’t the pharmacist call you?” Which they didn’t. Only received one notification and that was for my prescription ready for pick up. Now I have an itchy toddler and 13 callers waiting to speak to a representative. Please do better CVS. This was my last straw with yall.

I went to have a Passport photo taken. Walked in and an employee was walking out and I told her what I needed. She said she’ll help you and pointed to a lady behind the register, said it’ll be about 5 minutes. I said ok and went to the lady behind the register and she said I’m in training I can’t help you. So I waited over 10 minutes and the lady dealing with the trash came back in. The lady behind the register told her I needed a Passport photo. Well she definitely was in no hurry and it was another 5+ minutes before she helped me. So finally ready to check out and I was going to get her name and her name tag was turned backwards so you couldn’t complain on her by name. Hard to find good help!!

Customer service was worse than a McDonald’s. I walked in and said good afternoon to one of the female employees and she did not respond back. I asked, who can I speak to for a passport picture and in a sarcastic way she said me I guess as if I was bothering her. Employees like this should work at a warehouse handling boxes. That’s why I prefer a Walgreens.

Really bad customer service. Asked to leave my dog out on a hot day because is not a service animal. Remind you a small dog. No sign at the entrance for no dogs so im guessing is her personal preference.

The worst customer service ever. I went there to do a money gram to pay a bill and the person made up excuses to not have to do it. She said I needed a bar code for her to scan and I've contacted the money gram company and there is no bar code needed. She was just being lazy and rude.
