I had no problem with this location for the past 3 years and even one month ago, but all of the sudden, they are seemingly refusing to do their job.This service point has delivered over a dozen packages to my current address, but yesterday they claim to not have my gate code, despite every courier service being provided with one by the property, as well as me providing one.Today, my package was not even loaded onto the truck so they could pretend to make a delivery attempt, and the only answer I can get is the corporate customer service essentially telling me to go cry in the corner about it.DHL shipping services are far too expensive for this service station for people with day jobs to have no means of getting in touch with them.

My package was not received. Not what I ordered. I received someone else order. And on top of that two labels was on one package. Mines on the top and the other person who ordered from shein on the bottom. My order comes in a box from wigfever. So obviously it's still at y'all location. And I do have proof of how the wig looks and my order number from wigfever. My package went from Atlanta to North Charleston. Sat in North Charleston for 2 days. I'm not a happy customer of DHL

Ms. Amy and Mr. Curtis at the DHL Express Charleston, SC location were professional and friendly when it came to locating my package and explaining what happened with the delivery process. The service was fast and they were efficient with making sure I got my package.

I had a package to be delivered to my home, that never made it. It was marked as “wrong address” by the driver, but the address was correct and verified. I changed it to pickup at the facility, and when I arrived, Mark was extremely helpful in checking my address, and locating my package. He let me know that the drivers would be returning soon, and that my package would arrive with them. It was almost closing time, so he let me know that he would call me when the package arrived so that I could come back to pick it up. When he called, it was after closing time, but he assured me that he would still be there for me to drop by. I was able to successfully receive my package! Mark was awesome, and his dedication and customer service was commendable. Thanks!

Returned a pair of shoes to the UK today via DHL. A very nice young lady, Amy, waited on me. She was very efficient and very nice and the experience made me wonder immediately why I ship with other companies.

Horrible service across the board. When and if the packages arrive they are generally damaged; quite often missing the items as well. On top of all of that when the driver delivers she doesn’t put them in the designated secure area. She will come in and get a cart for the delivery then simply leave cart and packages outside. I’ve had numerous drivers through the years to my business and this is the ONLY driver who has been this way.

I received excellent service from DHL. Their prices were more reasonable and my package would arrive sooner than other estimates I received from competitors. Amy, Mark, and Curtis were very helpful. I’m really grateful to them. They were super friendly and look to have good camaraderie. They made the environment fun and welcoming. I will be returning for future shipments and further business needs!

This is a terrible shipping service. Firstly, the DHL driver is extremely incompetent. I had a package that was stamped being delivered to me on Friday afternoon. The package was not at my door step. When Monday arrived I went through the hassle with customer service explaining to them that I never signed for any package. My package was not delivered. Now, as of today I received a phone call stating that my package was lost and could not be found, because the driver delivered my package at the incorrect address. NO DUH! Secondly, the customer service rep was extremely unprofessional and rude as if she had anything to be upset about . If she wanted to take her anger out on someone she should have done so with the driver for their incompetences. I do not recommend this service at all.

If I could give them a negative I would don’t bother clicking on the email they post under because they are no help I’ve tried filing a claim but all of a sudden they are not able to provide me with the information to file itEven though they are the ones who lost the packageThey need to get thereshipping in order before they try to become a shipping company

When USPS failed to deliver my goods to the proper address and returned it to DHS with a poor explanation, Amy went above and beyond by contacting me on my cell, gave me details of the return and then directions to the North Charleston facility in an absolutely friendly and helpful manner. When I arrived to collect the item, Amy happily identified herself and remembered where it was, retrieving it promptly and cheerfully. The entire experience was quite pleasant and efficient. Being retired as the leader of a firm with 20 employees and a gross of over $5 million I recognize a valuable team worker and would hire her away from you were I still working. You have a jewel. Pay her well or you risk losing her.
