This Ecig Tops all others. Topher is so Friendly, Knowledgeable, He's always Stocked and ready, and has everything you need. TOPHERs Customer Service Is EXCELLENT. If I could give 10 Stars I WOULD!!!!! Very much Recommend driving the extra 10 minutes to The Ecig on Rivers Ave.
