Made a reservation which isn't the first time and the Boland square location in North Charleston SC and what I requested they didn't have. If you don't have any vehicles or have what I requested you should give a courtesy call. If I book at 8am you shouldn't be calling me or waiting on me to call you around pick up time which was at 5pm only to find out you don't have what was booked or you don't have anything

We have rented from this location three times and each time we had EXCEPTIONAL service. The sales assistant Robert was extremely helpful and treated us as valued customers. The assistant manager John came out to make sure we were completed satisfied with our experience. I highly reccommend this location.

Thank you all so very much for that nice ride you gave me to go visit friends in North Carolina for Thanksgiving .I appreciated the service picking me up to get my car. I always have been a Enterprise person and I would not choose anything else simply because the people are nice. The service is top-notch the cars are clean. see you all next time.

The gentleman that assisted us with our rental were kind considerate and caring.Our car broke down on a Thursday and had to be towed to our dealership. There wasn’t a rental car available in the entire Summerville Charleston area. We were so discouraged and worried. Several rental agencies offered to call if a car became available in the afternoon. I did not expect to hear from anyone. This enterprise agency so genuine and such an asset to enterprises company did call with a brand new mini van with an apology that that was all they had. We were amazed and so thrilled to have a vehicle and it was clean and perfect. I cannot give them enough praise. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Yes it meant that much.

I needed a car to go out of town for the weekend and called about a van for my trip. I was told that they had several vans available and to come on down and check them out. When I got there, I told the unfriendly man what was told to me but he just rudely stated "We don't have any". I live less than five minutes away so I'm sure they weren't all rented in that short time. I AM sure that my skin color made a difference in his answer though! Shame on this business and shame on that guy.

The experience was wonderful from pick up to drop off, all went very well. I have used enterprise in the past and will continue to use them in the future. I also advise friends and family members to choose this rental car place.

I rent from Enterprise most of the time, and I'm rarely unsatisfied. This trip, the vehicle was very nice and met my needs. It was clean except the windshield had bug splatter on it.I will be using their services again , because they have the best cars. The price was a little steep. The staff was very professional and courteous.

On the first day, Chelsea greeted & assisted me..she has a very professional and attentive approach. Then, as the weeks went by, repairs were delayed due to parts not being received in a timely manner. I called Chelsea to give her an update and wanted to return my car within my 30-day agreement. I was given a date and time to meet this deadline. When I dropped off the car, I realized I had left my lunch bag in the back seat. Then I I called and spoke with Cheslea. She listened, said she would look into the situation, and would call me back. I was so pleased that she followed through and resolved my concerns that my insurance company was trying to resolve. I've been in customer service for over 35 yrs, and if we had more employees like Chelsea, all companys would have a successful team to assist and support their customers the way they should be treated. She is amazing, and other team members should learn from her.. great experience overall because of her caring attitude.Another satisfied customer,Lisa

Mr. Turner/Richard Walters is an Outstanding manager- he is always willing and highly effective...he offered to pick up too by the time i got the Uber..he always comes out and help out- great manager-rather truly outstanding. Other great people worth mentioning are: Ms. Chelsey McClain Management Assistant & Mr. Geravais Dupre - he went out of the way to drop himself down to the floor tobfix the small thing which was rubbing the road- it requires effort, almost lying down to tie up to the bumper or wherever - i have never seen such a great quality ever....Super good- he will be a great asset anywhere- willingly helps out... All the three were super great, ....:) hope it changes in the future-sorry to be brutally honest, ethical and integrity...Tell things as it is -They say i am too straightforward or tell things exactly...as i am getting older- true good Karma matters...honesty matters. Appreciated for their support- i cannot say more words. They should be recognized
