After FedEx lied about trying to deliver my package on Friday, I talked to a guy named Scott at this location on the phone who told me my package would be delivered today. It was not delivered or attempted, so Scott is a liar.FedEx is the worst delivery company in the world with the worst customer service.

Every time I have a package shipped through FedEx it gets delivered to the wrong house! Unable to talk with management when ask for call back!

I have had two packages not be delivered due to the driver deciding my area was not safe for him to deliver my package. Generous absolutely yes, but when I specifically put in delivery instructions and even call customer service, asking for them to leave it and you still don't you're blatantly just refusing to comply with what I have asked for. Twice this has happened, and it's almost as if I pay for express shipping for no reason, because I won't get my package until 3-5 days later than it was scheduled. Then I had someone call me and try to justify why he couldn't leave my package . But after i called on him previously my package was left on my doorstep the very next day. I didn't sign any doortag, and was told my packages would be left on my doorstep moving forward. This location absolutely sucks, and has been the worst part about my move to summerville.

It was the worst experience with a delivery company ever. I've shipped a travel case and it was delivered to a wrong destination. The shipment circulated from place to place. This cost us a lot of stress because we had a scheduled return flight. We encountered a great deal of difficulty in contacting customer service to determine where our suitcase even was. The shipment was not delivered to the declared address and was left at one of other Fedex facilities. Despite the fact that the suitcase was made of hard plastic, it was severely damaged - the entire bottom of the suitcase was destroyed, the wheel and the latch were broken off. The suitcase was not suitable for further use. I was forced to buy a new suitcase.I demand that you refund the cost of shipping and the purchase of a new suitcase.Stay away from Fedex! It's the worst delivery company you can choose...

They straight up don't deliver packages and then close the case when you call customer service. Never seen something so shady like the FedEx here

I shipped my computer to Texas through UPS andShipment was Perfect. I shipped it back to SC through FedEx and package wasdamage/crushed Unrepaiable. My claim was processed and I still haven't received my claim payment as of August 22 2023.This is the worst experience I've had dealing with claims department. Never use FedEx again.If anyone is listening...Run run away from FedEx.....use UPS..

I stayed home two days in a row waiting for my delivery and now it's two days late. To add insult to injury, they marked the order as failed delivery because of resident not being home, I have been home this entire time, they are complete liars! If I knew FedEx would screw this up so badly I would have went directly to bestbuy to buy the item myself, FedEx blows!

Terrible. I took off work to receive the package and was lied when the tracking update said there was an attempted delivery at 11:11 am. and there was not. I never left the house that day. I then had to try to find where the package was located that too 2.5 hrs. I give them a zero.

FedEx has been consistently saying my packages are out for delivery on Fridays and the packages never arrive. The system updates at 8pm to your package is delayed. This is only an issue with Friday deliveries. I have tried to call customer service but it says call back when they are open but doesn't give their hours.

I came here to pick up an important work laptop package end of day Friday after I didn’t hear them knock on my door.Fedex (abroad) confirmed the address with me and I was on my way.I get to the destination via google maps and it’s nowhere to be found (it takes you near the Tanger Outlets). I drive around for awhile and finally ask to talk to someone who tells me there’s a fedex right nearby. I figured the map was slightly off only to figure out from this fedex that while the address is listed correctly, the pin still takes you to their old office location which is about 8 minutes away. You have to type in the actual same address into your gps to get there rather than click on the fedex address that comes up ?.Frazzled I drove there and made it at 702 before they closed at 715pm. Apparently fedex knows about this issue, they get complaints constantly and management is either too lazy or careless to fix things on google or Apple Maps.Terribly frustrating process and fedex needs to do something. After all, they’re a shipping site.
