“I had a wonderful experience here. My mother recently passed away. The person I dealt with was quite a compassionate gentlemen. He was very personable. They were quite affordable and to my surprise he even included a gorgeous urn for my mother and I was not even expecting that as my father was cremated at another "big name" mortuary in this area and they overcharged and put the remains in a cardboard box. I highly recommend this place if you have to go through that time of life. They are the best.”

“My mother in law ended up passing away suddenly at MUSC and we turned to Dickerson Mortuary to put together her funeral. Their staff, specifically Ms.Pam, worked with us through our shock and grief to put together a beautiful, tasteful burial that really honored my mother in law. There are some specific things we needed to incorporate into the burial process from her faith and from her culture and they assisted and respected every wish we had. I will recommend them to anyone for their professionalism but also their warmth and friendship and treating us with understanding and making us feel really cared for.”
