We rently visited Great American Cookies at the Tangler Outlet in Charleston SC. We were given a cup of softdeink with no ice because the machine was broken and to add insult to injury, please see attached picture. This is how our cookies were given to us. As always the cookies were great. Management needs a spruce up

This location is in Charleston, South Carolina. My experience with this location at Northwoods Mall has not been good. I don't go to the Mall often and when I'm there I stop by to get my favorite cookies which is the Pecan Supreme, also which is my daughter favorite as well. So when I purchase them I ask for 12 cookies to split them with my daughter. Every time I asked the female's that works there can I purchase 12 cookies she tells me that she can not give me 12, I ask why they tells me that they have to save some for the other customers that comes bye. My problem is if I'm spending my money to purchase 12 cookies I do not see why I can not have them if they are there. They said call up there to put in a order. But some time I don't plan to go to the mall while I'm out, so if I decide to go and I want some cookies why do it always have to be a problem. Solution: "If the Pecan Supreme cookies are your best seller then make more." I was at the Mall yesterday and I really wanted some of my favorite cookies but I didn't go because I didn't want to have to have this same discussion again with your employee's. Also, I told her suppose if my daughter buy her six then I buy my six, "What are you going to tell us she can buy her six". Please fix this problem or put up a policy to say that customers can not buy twelve cookies at a time.

Bought a chain and it broke the same day, try to trade it in for something of better value. And the staff denied my request. DO NOT buy from this vendor. You'd be better off going to reedsor zales those across the mall

Great American Cookies in Northwoods Mall is one of my favorite sources for cookies in the Charleston area. Cookies are my form of celebration from minor victories to major life milestones and this place is a reliable and consistent place to get those cookies. Whether they are fully custom decorated message cookies or just smaller cookies this place can do it all and make all of your requests come true. The staff here is very accommodating and works hard to make sure that you get everything that you want. I have been fully satisfied with all of the cookies I have got here over the many years.

awful customer service. I bought an $80 anklet that broke almost as soon as I bought it. I went back to see if it could be fixed or I could get a refund and he wants to charge me $25 to fix it. I do not recommend this place, he’s extremely rude and I expected better service I shouldn’t have to pay $25 to fix a $80 item that shouldn’t of broke. will never come back here and they should not be in business selling cheap jewelry.
