The nose ring has absolutely terrible customer service. I just asked a question, and she treated me like I was such a nuisance to her. Short, curt answers, no eye contact. Abhorrent. If this is how this store treats their customers, forget me giving them my hard earned dollars.

Went around 10am, zero soap in the ladies room and completely out of paper towels (also very dirty). Also, was pushing a stroller and couldn't go down 50% of the aisles due to stuff on the floors.

This store has many different beautiful styles of home decor to select from. I did not give 5 stars because I was shopping specifically for large wall art; and while there were many different types of decor, there was no wall decor to suit my design needs, or the quality in the type of art I was looking for was lacking. Also, while customer service was available, cashiers were not as kind or empathetic as I would expect. Kindness and empathy are essential components of excellent customer service. I would rather be serviced by a robot than an arrogant individual who behaves in a critical manner rather than an objective one. A genuine smiling face will accrue many sales over a fake one.

Don’t order anything for delivery from them. Just don’t do it. It’s not worth the hassle. I bought my item a week ago, and when calling to schedule a delivery due to size and weight, their 3rd party delivery service insisted that this store doesn’t exist. It took two days to get that sorted out without assistance from the store. Then it took another two days to get the delivery actually scheduled.TWICE, on the day of delivery, the service was cancelled by their drivers. This has been a nightmare and I still don’t have my order, which I’ve already paid for in full with both HomeGoods and the delivery service.This is nowhere close to the “same day delivery” the store advertises. It should say “Same day delivery!**** Terms and conditions apply accordingly. You must be able to fit it in your vehicle and deliver yourself.”Spare yourself and your wallet. Order from Amazon. Your sanity will thank you.

They really have some good stuff at great prices. Some of the furniture is made very cheaply and is even broken on the floor as they're trying to sell it. With all of that said you can really find some nice stuff in there. Just have to look out for the ones that have the flaws. Overall great shopping experience and people were very kind.

I like this new recently location that opened in N. Charleston. What I did find was that many items that I was looking at didn’t have price tags on the items…I had to continually bring the item to this nice sales associate who was working on the floor near the pots and pans area to get a price lookup. Some of the merchandise in certain areas was just thrown up about the area without being hung, mainly to do that there wasn’t a proper place to put the merchandise so it was thrown about on shelves or just hung up on a peg hook. Very disappointed! I’ll still continue to shop here but the place was a mess.
