I had an appointment made to have an estimate for damages done to my truck. The appointment was made by my insurance company 8:50AM. I received an automated response that the appointment was confirmed for 11:00AM the same day. After arriving I was told that they were overbooked and could not evaluate the damages. There was a scheduling issue with the system; understandable! What was not, is the fact that they knew they were not going to be able to honor the appointment and made no effort to contact me. I was greeted with "That is the other one from Traveler's" so, obviously they knew I was coming. A simple phone call would have been nice but instead, I had to take off work and be turned away in person. Not very good customer service.

Dropped my car off and was told it was a 2-3 day repair (but as you know nothing is guaranteed) Drop off day 3/4/23 - today is 3/13/23 still no car and no hint of when the parts might get there. Constant lies about parts being on a truck in Columbia an hour and half away last Friday, only to find out they still aren't here in Charleston yet the following Monday.No idea when it might be ready. If you do Rideshare for a living don't bring your car here, no telling when you might get to earn a living again. The manager's smug answer is that I should have had a second backup SUV sitting in my driveway just incase my other car broke down. What a condescending answer to a customer , why don't I have a backup 25k SUV in my driveway, maybe because I do Uber/Lyft for a living.

I don’t typically write reviews but Gerber is so lucky to have Justine on their team! As some reviews have already mentioned, Justine is the BEST. She truly cares about each customer and Gerber provides excellent attention to detail. She even stayed open past 5pm so I could pick up my car! Can’t say enough on how pleased I am with the work and the knowledgeable staff. If you’re ever in the need of car repairs be sure to ask for Justine and her team!

I would recommend this shop over all others in town - by far the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND QUALITY OF REPAIRS I’ve ever had. Specifically, if you are able I hope you get to work with Justine Yager (Service Advisor) she literally went above and beyond to make what is typically a cumbersome annoying not to mention time consuming process smooth and painless. Just recently had a chance to work with the Estimator Justine Yager, not only was it a super smooth process, she actually made it so easy that it was enjoyable! I would not use this business to even wash my car!!!I wanted to pick my vehicle up on Friday 12/23/2022. I called to see if my vehicle was still there because it was supposed to be towed back to my house already.When I spoke with Bobby, he was walking out the door at 4:30 pm. I explained to him that I could be there in 10 minutes but he didn't care. Was too interested in getting his holiday weekend started. Meanwhile he tellsMe I can't pick it up till Tuesday even though I had given a release over the phone earlier for it to be towed.Worst customer service experience ever. If they don't care any more about their customers than that, why would I trust them to do anything correctly to my vehicle?Service: Body & Trim
