Website says they close at 4pm but when you call the 800 number they said they close at 3. WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS??!?’ ?♀️ What is your direct number there??

I waited a whole week for my part to come in , and everytime I called them they hung up on me , then when I went in to get my money back I was told that it was going to be on my card 3 days later it’s still not on my card and they won’t answer the phone

Customer Service is terrible. They don't answer phone. This is because I order parts constant for my shop. Now took them a week to answer the phone. THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL
