My rating is two-fold. My initial experience with a salesman, Paul, was very poor. He sent me a quote and when I tried to place the order (about $9000) he never responded via email or phone. I even called and left a message for the manager, Greg, to call me but he never did. However, then I called the store and asked for the number to their corporate office and explained why, Peggy said she would be more than glad to assist me. Once I connected with Peggy everything ran very smooth. She was terrific.

What a horrible experience! Purchasing our sofa, from our salesman Scott, in the store was pleasant and easy. It's everything that came afterward that's a horror.First, our sectional was made incorrectly and the parts to connect the sections together were wrong so they couldn't be attached. New parts had to be ordered and shipped. Next technician comes and mentioned that one power reclining section must have been dropped at some point because the support bars are bent and peeling, which was causing another issue. More parts ordered and another tech comes. Wrong parts were ordered so the sofa still isn't fixed. More parts order, again, and another tech comes. Wrong parts ordered so the sofa still isn't fixed. (No...I didn't accidentally type the sentence twice.) And here we are, 4 months post-delivery, 4 service calls, and the sofa still isn't fixed. More parts were ordered and now we're still waiting for a brand new sofa to be fixed.Weeks ago, Scott was supposed to escalate this to his leadership board, and the store GM, but we never heard from anyone again, including Scott.We are done with La-z-Boy.

Scot was our sales associate and did a great job. He knew his product and explained it very well. He didn't push and allowed us to take our time. He was very patient with my inability to decide between 3 different models. He explained the differences between the three, the advantages of leather but didn't push it, showing fabric upholstery that was also high quality. I have had numerous Laz-i-boys and have always been satisfied

Great service and selection. Our last recliner was basically a family heirloom at over 21 years old and not a thing wrong with it. It pays to buy good quality.

We had a great experience here purchasing our new couch. We have a very large living room and it is not always easy to find furniture large enough for the room. La-Z-boy offered a free design service, which we took advantage of. They came out and measured our room and then used a design program to help us build a customizable sectional. We were able to visualize all the pieces in our space and play around with set-up before we purchased them.

Mother is disabled!The power lift went down. Three weeks still waiting on parts. The repair person showed up with the wrong parts. Mother has no idea when it will be repaired.The service department is ridiculous!La Z Boy finally repaired the chair! 12/20/2022It appears La Z Boy answers the 5-star reviews

We went shopping for a set of recliners and we met the salesperson immediately only for her to tell us that they didn't have ANY. All recliners had to be ordered. I thought that's what they specialize in recliners. Not impressed!!

We bought a rocking recliner in June and it hasn’t been fixed yet. I thought the padding in the seat was off making you lean to the right.The technician came and stuffed some foam under the springs,that didn’t help so we ordered a new seat.Technician came back out after several weeks but instead of a new seat he had the wooden frame so that was a waste of time.Upon further investigation we decided that the back is probably the problem and the padding isn’t sufficient on the right side letting you lean to the right.He ordered a new complete back that was supposed to come in November then December then I got an automated call saying it will come in January.Please shop around and skip lazy customer serviceJohn Krauss Hollywood SC
