Called the day before and spoke to someone who told me to come in the next day to start the tax process. Out of everything she told me the price for the service was never mentioned. When I I got there it was 4:15. Nobody was there! The sign even said they are open till 6pm! This was the first impression of a company that is supposed to do my taxes.

Jennifer is excellent. I forget some paperwork that I turned into her last year when she did my taxes and she sent me an email asking for it. Rushing trying to get my taxes done I didn't even realize that I had omitted the paperwork. I glad that she caught it. Great service. ?
