This place is amazing. They see and treat more animals in one hour than a regular vet's office does in a day, for a fraction of the cost, saving money and my time, zero pet stress! Totally professional, best practice I've ever seen. Really really great!

Great staff! People tend to line up before the door opens but even if you come after it opens. They still get through the line very quickly and everything is really discounted. Excellent prices! Definitely use this place for my cat’s yearly vaccines.

Well, it's a really mixed review. I got there 10 minutes after they opened and the line was out the door. For quiet ones like my cat and I it was almost overwhelming. I had things under control with her 1st vet appt. until somebody else brought a cat that was freaking out in their carrier next to mine. When I got to the front finally I filled out my info and waited another 45 minutes. I think total, I was there close to 3 hours; not sure, I stopped counting close to 2. I didn't like that I couldn't go back with her to the doctor, that's not what normally happens at the vet. If you imagine pets as young children and think about what happens at a Pediatrician's office. They don't separate you there. Your kid is depending on you to be their support with all the unfamiliar and unknown happening around and to them right? Your pet has such a bond too; I know mine does anyway. When they started taking her away I told the lady it was my cat's first appointment and she was like, \"uh-huh??\" As far as actual animal care I came b/c my cat definitely had sth wrong in her ears. They asked me about crusty stuff in her ears (aka ear mites) I told them she didn't have ear mites, that I checked already. After they took her and came back with questions they told me she didn't have anything crusty in her ears and since I already told them that, well -strike one. I went through her behavior and information I'd collected again and she went to the back to test her my cat's ears (finally). When she came back she told me the test confirmed she had an ear infection and she needed both ear goo (it's what I'm calling it) and an antibiotic for 14 days. The course was a hundred dollars. ? Remember, this is the \"affordable\" clinic. Of course I agreed and to add insult to injury at the end when I paid, it was then that I noticed they were charging me for their business transaction fee in order to use a credit card as payment. I don't know about you but I don't really walk around with over a hundred dollars in cash in my wallet. Fast forwarding, the course of medicine appears to be working. In fact, I need to end this short story of a review to give my cat another pill. Best of luck, may the odds ever be in your favor.

Great place. Office visits are no charge only pay for the services and products / shots etc your animals get. Good staff very helpful. Sometimes the wait is a little long but definitely worth the wait. Highly recommended

Let me preface this by saying LCPW has been my go-to clinic for shots and meds if a drive through clinic near me is not available when my dogs are due. I have always put up with the wait because I love seeing all of the dogs/cats that come in there. I have never had an issue with anyone at all. I have found all employees to be friendly and compassionate. This week was definitely different. We \"inherited\" my sister in-law's 18 year old Dachshund when she passed in March. We knew we were her \"end of life\" caretakers, and made her happy and comfortable for her time without her Mama. When the time came for her to cross the rainbow bridge, it came fast. She was fine in the morning, showing some signs of mini-seizures at lunch, but still walking and eating. By the time we got home from work, she was having grand mal seizures one right after the other. She was arching her neck and crying out in pain. We waited about 2 hrs to be seen. During that time my husband asked one of the tech's if we could be fast tracked due to her level of pain. He said no that wasn't possible. My husband told him it was cruel to keep her in pain for so long, and he wanted to speak to the vet. This tech told my husband that we would have to wait our turn, and if we wanted to speak to the vet it would be an additional $35. Then he walked away with zero compassion. When we finally were taken back, we were told that there was a mix-up and Sami was put on the wrong wait list. This is after both the check in girl and the check out person were told about our request to be fast tracked due to her level of pain. The tech that brought us back, the tech that helped with the euthanasia, and the vet were all wonderful. We had what we thought was a reasonable request in having a crematorium of our choice to pick Sami up the following day. Our family had a long relationship with our choice of companies. They had to get \"special permission\" for this to happen. That's when things went downhill very quickly. Evidently they misunderstood our request. They thought that WE would pick her up the next day, but why would we wait a day and not just take her home that night? I specifically told them WHO would be picking her up, and they told me what hours she had to be picked up. Anyway the crematorium people came to pick her up and were not allowed to pick her up. Neither would they answer my calls or my niece's calls. They didn't return our calls either. I did get an email stating that I misunderstood them, and that I had to come get her. So this very sad moment was turned into something extremely traumatic considering we had just buried Sami's human mom 6 months prior. This vet is wonderful unless you need urgent care. They are great for low cost shots, but that's about it. Very disappointed that anyone, let alone a long time customer, had a pet treated this way by LCPW.

The staff us friendly and very patient considering the amount of business this place gets. Not a full service veterinarian but basic pet needs available such as vaccines, nail trim, flea meds and dental (non emergency). Expect to wait a while especially on Saturday. Walk in only except for dental which requires appointment. If you don't have a primary vet for routine pet care this is the place to go. Pack your patience and a snack!

Dr. Calley and her team are amazing! We took our momma lab and her eight 6- week old pups and they took amazing care of all of them at an incredibly affordable price. She was able to answer all of my questions as a first time breeder and gave me so much peace. We successfully whelped, with her assistance, a full litter of 8 healthy lab puppies. We are so grateful!!

I love this place and the people that work here. They take excellent care of us at a reasonable cost. Would definitely recommend. Don't let the low cost fool you, they are great veterinary staff and helped me get a diagnosis for my dog, that was missed at an expensive vet.

Very conscientious physical exam of my 11 year old dog. They pointed out items I had not noticed. They were very kind and gentle with my dog and explained treatment options with me. Fee schedule is very reasonable. I love their new location.

Prices are amazing, the staff is friendly for the most part. They did fail to mention at check in I'd need proof of rabies vax for my foster dog I had just got 3 days prior. So after waiting in my car for 3.5 hours, I am finally told it's our turn, and THEN they tell me they need the proof. Ended up having to pay for something the dog just had received 3 weeks prior and could have got the proof sent to me during my 3.5 hour wait if they would have mentioned it in the beginning.

They are needed but always I feel cheated and will not feel good about a vet who is charging more than what human doctors would for the same conditions yet as people we have a lot more options and choices with animals, that's not the case in the vets no they've got you!

This clinic is not only affordable, but they provide a very welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for both the owner and their furbaby. The staff TRULY loves their job and the human clients, but mostly their patients, no matter what breed or species. It's WELL worth the wait to come because I can fully trust my babies with this loving and professional staff. Thank you for all you do!

haven't been there in a while unfortunately my dog passed away over a year ago but they were amazing I was a loyal customer for years they treated my dog like family she absolutely loved going there you think she was going to the dog park LOL. I couldn't afford much thankfully I was able to afford their services and once I was short a couple of dollars and they saw how much I left my dog because I literally counted out the last in my purse and bank account that they chipped in the rest for her medicine they are absolutely amazing I look forward to bringing my dog to them me and Buddy can't wait

This clinic is absolutely amazing! It is very reasonably priced which allows people to be able to give their pets the appropriate care. The young ladies are so professional, caring, knowledgeable and informative. It's obvious they love what they're doing. Thank you so much. ?
