i had a great experience here today. i arrived like 30 minutes and they didn't have anyone when i arrived and they took me early. the nurse practitioner Swati was very helpful she recommended some over the counter meds for me that would help my allergies and not interact with my meds. she was very friendly and talkative unlike other doctors/nurse practitioners ive seen in the past.

The ladies that were there this evening on 10/4/23 were beyond AMAZING. I was not prepared but they did not hesitate to help me and educate me on some things. I will deff be coming back here.

The Nurse Practitioner and RN are SO warm, kind and compassionate! I had to get 3 (!) vaccines and it was as quick and smooth as possible. They did everything they could to make me feel comfortable and cared for. If you have a bad experience, you're the problem ;)

EASY process to make an appointment. Nurse Practioner was on time for my appointment. KUDOs to knowledgeable Alexis for a helpful visit. If they had more equipment on site, I would visit more often.

I don't understand the bad reviews. I went there yesterday and dr Megan was amazing. She helped me real quick and gave me a doctors note for work as well. And it didn't cost me anything. I would recommend to go here

CVS University Blvd....Definitely do not recommend! 1 star is actually too high of a rating. Very unprofessional atmosphere. Violated my minor child's privacy by having an open door during questioning and not confirming any of his information. Contacted customer service at least 3 times and local "manager" to no avail.

Terrible, I went to them with bad cold, ears plugged up, chest congestion. I was told he wouldn't give me any antibiotics or steroid, even though I told him I had asthma. I explained it would get worse, but he told me not to tell him what I need. As suspected, here it is a few days later and it's in my lungs. Have a hard time breathing and coughing. I will never go here again.

My friend brought his daughter to the Waxhaw NC location to get a Covid test. They were nice to them during their visit. He was called to advise the results were negative and told that he would later receive a text message to confirm. He needs the written proof for his daughter to return to school. It has been 5 days already and he keeps getting told the text results are not ready. He’s now having to find transportation back to CVS in an attempt to obtain a hard copy because he’s unable to drive after just having surgery. He called and they told him he would have to come inside a CVS minute clinic to get a hard copy of the results. Patients shouldn’t have to go through so much trouble and there should be an easier way to get a minor’s test result hard copy.

I paid nearly $100 to be seen for a UTI. They sent my urine off for a culture. I was told I’d get a call back when my results came in. I waited days and received no call. I finally called them to check in. I found out that my results had came back and the sample was contaminated so there’s nothing they could do; I would have to go to my primary care doctor for further treatment. I paid $100 for absolutely no help.

Carla Graham administered my tb test and I explained that I had a severe phobia of needles and veins. well, she was extremely rude. She kept telling me that I wasn’t trying to calm down even though I was trying to breathe as best I could in the moment like my doctor suggested and instead of saying anything helpful she kept checking her watch and getting frustrated with me. I was trying my best which is why I let her know about my severe phobia ahead of time. I was prescribed Xanax for the visit and still had to figure out a way to calm myself down further and nothing she said helped the situation at all and just made me even more uncomfortable than I already was. I cannot help my responses because they are out of my control and she had no right to tell me that I wasn’t trying. It was obvious I wanted to get it done and her telling I wasn’t trying and wasn’t listening to her or my mom didn’t make the situation better especially when she would remind me that “this could’ve been done 10 minutes ago” there’s nothing encouraging she said that helped and she had an attitude the whole time.

Helpful staff In the pharmacies go out of their way to try and help you I was looking for an eyedropper the little bottle with the eyedropper while they had the eye dropper but they didn't have any that had the little bottle. So the pharmacist gave me a little pill container to use and I went off on my happy way. It's funny that on their shelves they have a few sections that have things you seen on TV but not know where to get them and they would have them
