Had to take my car there again and my original review remains the same. I will never use another shop again. They are quick, very communicative and just all around pleasant to deal with. I don't feel like they are trying to get one over on me or talk me into repairs that I don't need. I live paycheck to paycheck so when my car breaks down it's a huge, stressful deal. I need people I can trust.”

There was a mishap when I came to pick up my vehicle, and while I could have been upset, I was honestly more impressed with the way they handled it. The level of personal care, prompt attention, and first-class customer support was outstanding. Mistakes happen, but it’s how a business responds that really shows their values. I still highly recommend this shop!”
“My car was sitting at another auto shop for 2 months I was so frustrated I decided to get a second opinion and I decided to take it to Jimmy's on the corner of Rivers Ave and Taylor St in NorthCharleston. And I must say he got the job done and in a timely manner. I would recommend Jimmy's auto repair center if u want your vehicle fix correctly and in a timely manner. I really appreciate your service.”

“Took my Toyota Corolla in for a new tire due to a flat and they performed multiple inspections and we needed brakes on the front and they changed the cabin filter and Casey the receptionist or service manager was very friendly knowledgeable and went out of her way to help us out and show us Things to look out for in the future but overall very good experience”
“Nehville S. the tech and Kris R. the service writer are the kind of employees/staff at Walmart or any company that “oils the machine!” I can tell you my story but I will spare you and just say I hope Walmart takes care of these guys. Both of these men saved me time and money from buying things I didn’t need and then having to return things. My weight on my shoulders was lifted and my day cleared up!
