I took the MCAT here, which is a 7 hour exam. I also drove from Columbia, SC, a few hours up the road. I have taken tests at other test centers, and this one was hands down the best. The ladies that staff this location are the nicest, most cordial and professional people that walk the Earth. I could not have asked for a better experience, and if I ever have to take a test at a Pearson Vue test center I hope I have the opportunity to come back here. 100% recommend.

I had a difficult time finding the right building, and once I found it and inside the office, the 2 elderly gentlemen were a little over the top with security, making me take off a thin gold chain i had around my neck. Checking in was a bit nerve - racking. And I have taken several exams with Pearson Vue in the past at different locations in Charleston and I suppose one is already nervous to be taking a 3 hour exam. Lighten up guys, it's only an exam. On the other hand this site was clean and comfortable and quiet.

The employee that checks you in at the front is rude, unfriendly and unpleasant. Treated us like we were being processed in a prison. 3 of us went to test and were already extremely nervous; our experience with her just made it worse.

Staff were very nice. Facility was kind of hard to find and the building was under construction when I went. But they provide sound proofing headphones and ear plugs so there was not a problem with noise.
