Takes for forever to get anything done. I had an appt, took 30 mins to check in, and another 30 mins to check out after they finally told me it would only be a couple more minutes. This is what I get for not going to Gerald’s.

I came to pep boys because all my lights was on, on my dashboard. Mr. Tim explained to me everything that needed to be done one was an oil changed. And when I tell you my money IS short it IS short he said you don't have to pay for the OIL changed I will pay for it for you that made me VALENTINES DAY. Thank you pep BOY'S for this Angela Mr. Tim BECAUSE I AM IN BETWEEN MOVING BACK HOME WITH IN THE NEXT WEEK.

There were no hand towels available in the unisex restroom at 10:45 a.m. The trash can was fooled as if it has not been emptied in over a day. There is no courtesy water for thirsty customers.

My appointment was as at 12. The online appointments are a joke. I was told it was first come first serve so I waited 2 hours my car still hasn't moved. Originally I was told an hour to and hour and a half for completion. With over 2 hours waiting I asked for an updated timeline he said it was first come first serve but 2 cars were towed in and they take precedent. " First Come first serve " lie .I understand waiting for maintenance but give me a realistic time line. I have no other transportation. I would have ubered home if you gave me and appropriate time line .

The process to schedule an appointment was very simple, and emails about updates, reminders, and important notices were also appreciated.

Issue was 3 hour wait for work to be completed. First come first serve inspite of reservation. Mgr was kind to offset some of the fee due to issue. Work performed seems to be great.

My Service at Pep Boys on Rivers in North Charleston was great! They were thorough and timely. I prefer to drop my car off to get the best "unhurried" experience.

I came to this pep boys for an inspection. I got here a little after 11 am. An older man was at the counter alone no one was in the waiting area. I told him why I came in he told me they didn't have anything available. I leave. My husband tells me that I have an appointment at 1:30 . I go back in a little after 12 another man is behind the counter he asks me to wait he is on hold. The older man comes out. Don't even acknowledge I'm standing waiting. The younger man asks if he can help. I tell him about my appointment. He tells me the computer Doesn't know how much work they have and he will not be able to honor the appointment. Why make appointments when you can honor them? The system should just be based on walk-ins
