“Starting daycare at 3 months old was hard for me, especially because my daughter would not take a bottle. I remember walking into Kindercare the first day feeling stressed and worried about how everything was going to go. But the entire center was so kind and supportive from the beginning. Her teachers and staff constantly reassured me, kept me updated, and worked so patiently with her to help her feel comfortable.

By day two, she was taking the bottle with no problem at all. It was such a relief, and I really think it was because of how calm, caring, and supportive everyone was during that transition.

Now daycare has become one of her favorite places. She absolutely loves her teachers and lights up every morning when she sees them. As a parent, there’s nothing better than knowing your child is happy, loved, and excited to be somewhere.

The communication at Kindercare has also been amazing. I’m always updated throughout the day and the pictures they send are the best. Somehow they always capture the happiest little girl having the best time. It makes being away from her so much easier knowing she’s so well cared for.”

“I wanted to find my son the perfect place, I took my time, did the research, got on waiting lists, time passed and no calls. I prayed for something to happen and finally I found this place and got in in no time! Meant to be! They say they have lots of military folks coming there, close to the base, so they have space popping up all the time, since they move often. It was a bit further that I'd liked, but my son absolutely loves it! My son has been coming here for 3 years, from 2-5 yrs old. We have absolutely loved everyone here - teachers, and staff are so helpful and nice, always willing to discuss any issue with your child, willing to come up with ways to resolve anything together, while keeping in mind child developmental expectations/limitations, of course. I also love the fact that the staff has been consistently the same throughout the years, which reassures me that the staff must be happy here, and truly enjoy their work with the kids. I have also been amazed at how everyone knows every single kid's name here. I'd be picking up my son and every staff member is saying goodbye to him by name! We'll unfortunately be leaving them soon, our son is graduating this year from them and public school is next! We will surely miss our second family at Loving and Learning.”

“We placed our daughter at The Oaks when she was just 8 weeks old. We then transitioned to another daycare at six months due to the ease of the location only. however after just one year we were fortunate to be back at the Oaks and are making the commute regardless. She is happy, enjoys going to school now, and even though I have never been inside bc of Covid, I receive plenty of pictures throughout the day and never have to worry about how she's being treated or if the teachers are engaged. My only suggestion would be to stay open later.”

“The school is great but beware the Google maps directions to get there. If you're walking you can take Simms St, but if you're driving you need to turn onto Bixby Ln and then make a left into the school lot. Only exiting school traffic is permitted on Simms St.”

“I LOVE this Facility! I have had nothing but a GREAT experience since me and my kids have gone here. I use to go here when i was a child and now 20 years later both of my kids go! Everyone is always in a positive attitude and always welcoming to the kids. Everyone knows my kids by Name. which is very rare now days. My kids love to come here in the morning and whenever one of them is out everyone is asking about them. I have recommended many of my friends here and i will continue to do so. I wouldn't want my kids to go anywhere else other then a family members house and that is exactly the care that the kids get when they go here!I have two children that attend here at the sunshine house! This is not a daycare this is more like family! They always keep you in the know on your child, if you ever have any questions they are quick to answer and assist in anyway possible. Its still the same loving/caring environment from when I attended 20 years ago!”
