Just got a perfect haircut from Champagne and my son just got a perfect haircut from Albany they did exactly what we wanted y'all need to keep them!!!!! We will be back to see both of them!

The service was fantastic, and the haircut was pricey. I was in the chair for 15 minutes but fost me just under 40.00 with tip.

Terrible customer service. Basically ignored as regulars are seated before me when noone was posted on the wait list when i checked in. Extremely slow staff complaining loudly to the point where I can hear all the drama in the lobby. Very unprofessional.

I used to go to Great Clips. Actually Mixed them up. Been to Sport Clips twice: each time my haircut was cut neatly, trimmed and styled just how I like it. I'm getting compliments now on my haircut

Nice place with good stylists. My first time there. I was well pleased with my haircut, but I felt the price was on the high side ($22 senior, $27 regular), especially since I only got a haircut.

kamryn was the stylist. she was knowledgable and professional. the mvp service is worth every cent. i never got the manager's name, but as he asked kamryn what she wanted while he went on a wendy's run, i jokingly said "pumpkin spice frosty for me." we had a good laugh about that, even tho i really do think it's a good drink. to my surprise, the manager came back from the restaurant and had bought me one. a small gesture that made a lasting impression, to top off already great service. i don't live in the charleston area, but i will remember these good people when i come back to visit again. thanks for a stellar experience on my first visit.

I can't tell you the last time I had a hair cut this great. Kam did a fantastic job! Super pleasant and definitely recommend her if you need a haircut!

They don't close at 6, the leave at 6 so they're done cutting hair by 530. Turn your OPEN sign off & your DONE sign on.

Impressive job! Clean n professional location. Only drawback I encountered was the cost n how derived. Tips r a given but I don't like when companies expect so much more that they display choices for u like they did, which was $30 for the basic cut then choices of $7, $10 n $15. That's a 50% tip for the 3rd choice making it $45 which I find rather high for a 15min haircut. I'm certainly not making $90 an hour these days, although barber school is a new career choice if this keeps up, just kidding.

Rude workers, fiancé walked in to get his military haircut 35min till close. ONE person in line to be in front of us. They had PLENTY of workers. However was very quick and rude to respond with “we will not see you today”. Sounds to me you don’t want paying customers, and just want to leave right on the dot. Sorry but that’s not how it works in the business industry. Will never go to this location again. Be more professional and productive.

For the price perfect. Always got for the MVP treatment. Worth it. They keep all info on file and it is a consistent good haircut. Always present. Price and consistency in these expensive times are really key and they nail it.

Did not get to get a hair cut because the staff is lazy! They close at 6 online but the lady said their closing at 4 Charleston period sucks but never go here again!

Had appointment for haircut got there and 15 -25 min waiting after the requested time to arrive . Got the haircut with no enthusiasm no care. Will have to go somewhere else to fix and do a proper and caring job. Just disappointedService: Buzz cut

A good customer experience starts when you walk in. After having called to learn that there was no line and no waiting I arrived at 12:35 to find an empty waiting area. I was asked to input my name and phone number into their system, a 1 minute task. While I am doing this a gentleman walked in and was immediately seated for a cut. I know they take reservations. I don't know if he had one. The fact is that if were seated immediately I would not have needed to wait for a haircut.So, I got on the phone, called -low country- a couple of miles north, drove up there and was seated immediatley. I also got the best hair cut I've gotten in years.
