Stash used to be so great a few years ago until they moved in a different direction. They lost so far almost $1000 worth of items that were delivered to them. They have a chair sitting in the warehouse and we can't even get them on the phone to pick it up. We went to pick it up today and they moved but nothing is listed on the website. Sketchy. As an interior designer, I have done business with a lot of other companies and have never seen anything like this. I hope they get it together soon! And call me back!

Do not use STASH! The only thing worse than horrible customer service is not having any customer service at all. We have moved over 20 times and STASH is by far the worst, most disorganized, careless, unethical moving company out there. We had all our things in storage with STASH for almost a year. We paid them a monthly fee for this. When we made arrangements to have our things delivered, they rented a U-Haul, outsourced delivery, and were late. They didn't put anything back together, furniture was scratched, damaged and dirty. Plastic boxes we used to pack in were damaged and dishes broken. They had not made an inventory, so they didn't know they had not delivered everything. They would not respond to our calls until we blocked the final delivery payment. Weeks later, after one more delivery, things are still missing. It’s as if STASH doesn’t really want to be in business.

I have been trying to get in contact with Stash for the last 3 months. When they delivered my boxes they never brought my TV. I have called every week since August with no answer, left voicemails and texted them with no response. So they basically stole my TV.

Absolutely impossible to get in touch with anyone at Stash. They NEVER answer the phone, return voicemails, or respond to emails or texts.I have items stored there and have been trying for months now to get someone to call me back. It's truly unbelievable this is how they run their business. Absolutely no care or concern for their customers.

Horrible customer service. They never answer the phones, and they never return any voicemails or respond to emails or texts. Don't know how they stay in business. I have items stored there and cannot get anyone to call me back to speak to them about my account. Been trying for months. Will have to find another place and get my items out of there as soon as I can.

Been calling for weeks and emailing. No response they have a sectional sofa that I pray is in good condition. How else do I get a hold of someone?

A total nightmare!To start, you cannot get anyone to answer the phone or respond to your emails to pick up your items. They are never open for our delivery crew to pick up our remaining pieces.They also damaged an incredibly expensive table and tried to cover it up by leaving before we noticed. Once it was called to the owner’s attention we were told they “couldn’t afford to fix this problem”. Several back and forth later resulted in delays to send a repair person out. Finally when we were at the brink of our deadline we were suddenly able to get “help”.We still have items in storage which we unfortunately may never get our hands on because they absolutely have zero staff left.I would take your money and sanity elsewhere.

STASH SAVED THE DAY!!! For starters Nicole is on point! Answers all calls, questions and will talk you off a cliff when you are stressed out. We had our entire move fall apart with our sale of our home at the last minute. We had nowhere to store all of our household goods. The prior mover we had scheduled was NOT at fault. They just didn’t have storage to keep our items as they are just movers. While Stash doesn’t typically keep an entire home for a matter of days THEY DID AND SAVED THE DAY! Justin, Seth & Lee were our movers. They were professional, punctual, mindful of items that were fragile and very kind. There were a few other unforeseen complications along the way not of any fault of Stash and yet the rolled with it for us and continued to come to the rescue. These guys work hard nonstop! So we can not recommend Stash and Staff enough. Let alone the company concept is very cool. You need to stash some items. They come pick it up. Stash it at their warehouse and then when you want it call and they drop it off. Everything from Holiday Decor to Seasonal items, house staging, college kids moving in and out of places for short term. Thank you ?~The Webers

I love this service and the staff is superb. They picked up after my daughter's freshmen year and I could not imagine how this would all work out. But it did. We stored our totes and larger item in their totes for three months. The pick-up and drop-off went like clockwork. Just fabulous that STASH STORAGE exists. Initial inquiries, sign-up, pick and drop-off went so easily it exceeded my expectations. What a help to a long-distance parent of college student. Bravo! Would recommend 1000%.

This is our second experience with STASH. My only complaint, and the reason I'm giving them four stars, is because I left several emails and voice messages before pick up in May that were never returned. But I must say, the three men they sent on August 1 (we were the first appointment of the day), were fantastic. Our daughter's new apartment is on the third floor and she had quite a bit of stuff and they got it done in less than 40 minutes. Super helpful, incredibly friendly, just an all-around great experience on a super hot day. We were very lucky to get that first slot. That being said, they're not cheap. We were paying for six large plastic bins that they provide, a bedframe from target, a mattress, a small desk and chair, side table and lamp. All of that was $315 a month. But everything was in great shape, nothing broken, exactly as it was when she had them pick it up in May. It absolutely saved me the headache of having to come down in May from Chicago to help her find storage. She ordered the bins herself, packed them herself, and they came and got everything. Thanks STASH. AND Do not forget to tip your movers people!!!!!
