I took my first Stryke class (Stryke praise) about a year ago and absolutely loved it. Erin is such an inspiration as a leader, and makes the class both challenging and fun at the same time. I also like that each person can modify their own work-our to their ability (from beginner to advanced). I would highly recommend Stryke fitness to anyone looking for a group fitness regimen that is fun but also provides the accountability and encouragement of doing fitness in community.

I have been a member of Stryke for 3 years now. This is the first "gym" that I have consistently attended. You will not find a more devoted teacher than Erin and Chris. They give it their all to help others be fit and healthy. They work out not only your body but your mind and your soul. They have helped heal me from the inside out. My mind and my body are both incredibly strong thanks to Stryke! It is a unique, fun and kick butt HIIT workout! The members are all so amazing and supportive. It truly is a no judgment zone. All ages, shapes and sizes are welcome! Come give it a try! I promise you won't be disappointed!

I have been a member at Stryke Fitness for a year now and I absolutely love it!! Stryke keeps me motivated and excited to work towards improving my health! The owners and creators Erin and Chris are amazing! They are supportive and caring and motivating! Stryke feels more like a family than a fitness center! They have such a great tribe of people who encourage and support each other! Every instructor I’ve worked with at stryke has been amazing!

After working out in a traditional gym with cardio machines, weight machines, and free weights for almost 2 years without gaining the results I was working towards, I came to the realization that I needed something more, something different. I came across Stryke soon after and started attending their classes. It was not easy at first. My body was being challenged in ways it had never been challenged before. This was the difference my body needed. I lost the necessary weight I needed to lose and have gained flexibility and strength in my upper and lower body by attending classes on a regular basis (3-6 times a week). There is so much I love about Stryke Fitness- the movements, the music, the camaraderie, the challenge when you want to be challenged, or just a good sweat when you just need to move. The owners are always ready to help you and see you succeed at your fitness goals. If you give it a try, please find me or any of the other ladies in the class. We'd love to say hi, introduce you to others in the class and give you some beginner tips to get you started.

Owners are extremely unprofessional and talk horribly about their fellow instructors and members. From a moral standpoint, I could not continue to support them as business owners, so I respectfully stopped going to class. They showed up at my home harrassimg me, demanding I explain to them why I quit going to stryke. It was traumatizing. A few days later, they emailed me stating I was kicked out of my contract at stryke and am not welcomed back.

I don't love cardio or even working out to be honest, but I LOVE Stryke! Even if you hate to workout- the music, the fun atmosphere, and the support of everyone around you will make you forget you're working every muscle in your body! Stryke REALLY is a place for everyone at any level- TRY IT!
