I have been visiting this 7 eleven for a long time and I have never encountered 2 people lacking respect towards people. Customers make fun of their nationality and if they don't speak the language they make fun of them even more. And with my situation was that the Hot dog said 2 × $2.79 and the cashier said it is not that price. And I tell her that's what it says there. She goes and looks and says that what you saw is expired. Well if it is expired why do they have it on sale at that price. This happened at 7:10pm 10/2/2023 The store was dirty, the soda area was dirty. Food area not to mention. Teach those girls to respect the customer and be more professional. I was told I couldn't have a sandwich made with a bun. They were exclusively for chicken sandwiches and burgers! I'll never even go there for gas again and I was putting in over a $100 everyday in my work truck.

I have no words for the ridiculous service I just received. But apparently the prices aren't correct on the menu, but your supposed to just know that. So if I says 6.99 it's actually 13.99.....also I've never had some argue with me that boneless means bone in the wing? That was frustrating.

Went in to get something hot to eat. Stood at the counter for ten minutes. The cashier that worked behind the counter was standing there never acknowledge is and went in the back. Came from the back on the phone and went in the store area. If you don't want to work then don't come in. That's just laziness. I went there on June 12, 2021@ 6:39pm at the hot food area.

Worst service I have ever received at a gas station! I wanted to get a chicken biscuit and coffee for breakfast.The sign and billboard said that it was $3.29 and for just the chicken biscuit he tried charging me $5.73!!!with nothing extra no coffee!When I told him and showed him the price.He said that he didn’t make up the prices.When I looked at the receipt I saw that it said extra charge for everything.Then he had the nerve to try to charge me for the cheese again! I was discriminated against, so before I lost it I just left my coffee and I told him that I was not going to pay it! I or my family will never step foot in your gas station again!?

Cashier was great in the convenience side. Went to get food at the roost. No one there to help, then I see the employee standing outside smoking starring at me!!I left with no service, no food, and you lost a customer!

This store is completely out of control! I went in to get a drink and had to leave empty handed. There were about 35 people inside the store. It was insane. Everyone's is on top of each other, no one is practicing a safe distance and the employees seem to be clueless to whats going on. They dont care!
