I came into this store as I always do as I’ve been with T mobile since they started. Generally I have great service here , but not today unfortunately. Not sure if this particular service rep is having a bad day or what but this is not what I’m used to here at T-Mobile.

EJ was amazing I couldn't get the help I needed at other stores, and EJ took his time and got everything taken care of for me.EJ even made a ringtone for me that reminds me of my late friend.Ask for EJ he is the best

EJ is amazing, I had pop up ads that was making my phone barely usable. EJ took his time to figure out the issues and got my phone working!!If you go to this location and want top notch service ask for EJ.

EJ was amazing really helped me out, when I thought I couldn't get back into my phone after locking myself out. Everyone else said there is nothing they can do and EJ took his time and helped me get use of my phone again.Thanks again EJ

As soon as I walked in the door, the sales employee asked what I came in for, I replied a screen protector, he said it'll be a 45 minutes.Really T-Mobile do better!

The store was very busy, only 2 people working, and they were taking phone calls. That seemed both unnecessary and rude. First, your time should be given to the person in front of you, not to someone calling the store. Any question someone on the phone has can be answered by calling the 800 number. The person in front of you got in their car and drove to the store. They deserve your attention while you wait on them. Second, don't make assumptions about people. That's all I'm going to say about it.Maybe going to a larger store would yield better results. ?

The customer service was unprofessional and rude. I did not take pictures. There were only 2 workers at this location near Tanger Outlet. The staff said the people could change the sim card themselves, yet it takes them 1 to 2 hours to change the sim card in the store. I would not recommend this location.
