EJ is amazing, I had pop up ads that was making my phone barely usable. EJ took his time to figure out the issues and got my phone working!!If you go to this location and want top notch service ask for EJ.

As soon as I walked in the door, the sales employee asked what I came in for, I replied a screen protector, he said it'll be a 45 minutes.Really T-Mobile do better!

The store was very busy, only 2 people working, and they were taking phone calls. That seemed both unnecessary and rude. First, your time should be given to the person in front of you, not to someone calling the store. Any question someone on the phone has can be answered by calling the 800 number. The person in front of you got in their car and drove to the store. They deserve your attention while you wait on them. Second, don't make assumptions about people. That's all I'm going to say about it.Maybe going to a larger store would yield better results. ?

The customer service was unprofessional and rude. I did not take pictures. There were only 2 workers at this location near Tanger Outlet. The staff said the people could change the sim card themselves, yet it takes them 1 to 2 hours to change the sim card in the store. I would not recommend this location.

I urge anyone to use this Tanger Outlet T-mobile location for the Absolute Best customer service around, bar none! Shawn is their exceptional store manager, and I had the pleasure of "Que" taking care of me today and all I can say is WOW!!!! Que was not only knowledgeable and professional, she was kind and extremely patient. They have the Best employees including Keem, and EJ.
