The honey bear bottles are good, but customer service would need improvement. They sent me the wrong products for my second order. I've sent emails to customer service several times but never got any reply.

Fantastic therapy tools and therapy courses if you need CEUs. Customer service is amazing, and they are the creators of the Honey Bear Drinking Cup to help children learn to straw drinking. So much better than a sippy cup!
